I have recently left 1 star, as for my return not being accepted, however, it wasn’t on the highsnobiety end, and upon investigation they have issued a refund.

Bad experience but fast shipping from Europe
Ordered few items from them. Box arrived damaged and a little opened and leggings were with oily stains! I wouldn’t say me experience was good. I just want my money back
Editing my review. box was a little damaged because of the long route. But items were nicely pack
Regarding leggings, it was definitely not highsnobiety”s fault but rather merchant ;
and their customer service ( Leonardo) went far and beyond to resolve my issue. Definitely will order more! Thank you

the wrong product delivered
I'll start with the pros; fast delivery!
Now the negatives: the wrong product was delivered (ordered green shoes, but got white ones)
So now I'll just return it, well that will also be a problem; besides the fact that I have to pay for the costs myself (while they deliver the wrong product), it is also quite a hassle to create a return label

Nothing has changed over the past few years. In a positive way! Great and unique styles with fair prices and immediate delivery. In this case the only reason for my return was the way to oversized fit of an amazing JW Anderson shirt that didn't fit me at all.
But next orders will come soon...
