20 € FÜR RÜCKSENDUNGEN
Nehmen ab sofort 20 € für Rücksendungen. Ohne Worte. Letzte Bestellung heute getätigt. War sonst immer zufrieden. Das Rücksendungen nicht gänzlich umsonst sein müssen ist ok für mich, aber ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Hinweis auf 20 € zu erhöhen - fehlen mir wirklich die Worte. Schade, dass es so negativ endet. Hätte den Shop
gerne positiver in Erinnerung behalten, da ich gerne bei euch bestellt habe und eure Kleidung immer gerne trage.

Rücksendekosten 20€…
Rücksendung von De nach De soll 20€ kosten. Retourenportal und dazugehörige FAQ Seiten sehr undurchsichtig und kompliziert. Wenn der Shop nicht sowieso schließen würde- ich würde hier nie wieder kaufen.

Wrongly Advertised Jacket and slow refunds
The Nanga x HS Jacket I ordered was wrongly advertised as 760FP down but on the Jacket itself was a print on the arm that said 650FP... Also they advertised the Jacket as waterproof, which I'm quite certain that it's not... For example the zippers and the seams are not sealed, so at least through the zipper water will get through... maybe it's water repellent but not proof... And how can something be marketed as only wind resistant but fully waterproof? But I can't really proof it, so maybe the Material itself is somehow waterproof... I believe they just took the Information from the original Nanga Jacket on what the Collab-Jacket is based off (they downgraded it by alot compared to the standard Nanga Jacket)... I already informed the customer service on the 23rd of September but since now I only received a message that it would take a long time to answer my question because I quote "the commerce section of Highsnobiety is closing down and we have had many of our staff let go immediately." ... Surprisingly the jacket got reduced by a lot now since my last email... It looks like they throwing it out now. Of course I had to pay myself for the return... And the refund is also very slow. They already have the package since the 2nd of October but I heard nothing till now. I just want my money back and never order there again.

There was a slight mix-up with delivery, luckily I was put in touch with Alfred from the customer service team who was really responsive and sorted any issue incredibly quickly! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had - I would give him a tip if I could!

Extreme Lieferschwierigkeiten, dann kam die falsche Größe an und ich durfte anschließend die lieferkosten in Höhe von 14€ selber zahlen.

HS hat hier wohl ne doppelte Bedeutung.
Zwei paar Sneaker bestellt und beide ohne Angabe von Gründen seitens des Shops storniert.
Danach waren die Sneaker kurz von der Homepage verschwunden, um sie ein wenig später für mehr als den doppelten Preis wieder anzubieten.
Hinterhältiger und unseriöser geht's echt nicht.

Unfortunately, there was a pricing error when the shoes were originally uploaded and the incorrect amount was applied to the shoes in question.
As this was not a price we could sell the shoes at, we of course had to cancel and refund all of the orders placed and subsequently update the price online when uploaded.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

next time communicate changes in order
One product wasn‘t available anymore so it was automatically refunded. It would have been nice if I would have been asked if I still want to receiver the other product. I wouldn‘t have ordered one piece and had to pay 6€ for the return.

Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!
Das erste Mal abseits von Zalando und co. bestellt und direkt ins Klo gegriffen. Mit Liefer und Rücksendekosten 28€ in Sand gesetzt! Farbabweichung bei den Bildern zu den tatsächlichen Schuhen. Grössenempfehlung passte auch nicht! Lange Wartezeiten bei Retournierung. Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
