In a 260 euro order, I missed two parts out of the order. It would have been nice if after spending that much money, I could pick up two more fittings for 10 euros at their location when I drove there, but they reclined. Now, over the 260 euros, I had to pay 2.5 euros for picking up two 5 euro parts, which is 25% of the price of these. This is really bad business, and I will make sure never to order from here after this. Also, there is no option to take orders for free, even picking it up location they charge 2.5 euros.

I have now placed a few orders with Highflow - always received excellent service! Whether just a tube of thermal paste or a full liquid cooling solution, this is truly my favorite shop for such things.

The couple of times I've needed to contact customer service, it has been a pleasure everytime. Quick communication and quick solutions!

Bonus: I received some lolly pops or gummy bears with my orders which always makes me smile :-)

I needed a fan hub so I checked the site and noticed that there was a solution that would fit my situation even better. I decided to buy 2 PWM splitters so I could pair up 1 set of 2 fans on one cable and the other set of 2 fans on the other cable. The idea behind this was that they would work at the same speed as the one they are paired with. I can say that the cable is of excellent quality and they work as advertised; flawless! I’d recommend this 4 pin PWM splitter if you want to make expand the amount of fan slots or group them together so they work in tandem. This was definitely a better solution than a fan hub for me and also might be for your situation.

I also wanted to add some led strips in my Phanteks Enthoo Pro M SE case. This case has a special button to control the LEDs, so this kit was the perfect combo to enhance the RGB effects in my case. What makes this special is that you don’t have to have an RGB header on you motherboard if you want to have RGB effects in your case. This is because it is controlled by the hardware button on my case. If you by chance do happen to have a RGB header on your motherboard, then this kit will also work fine, since they added a RGB adapter for the motherboard to make sure you can control the effects trough the motherboard. The thing that I really appreciated is that these LED strips have magnets in them. Even though you can use the adhesive in the package, in my case it works fine with just the magnets. This is obviously a plus, since it means that you can easily move the strips around in the case, or even another case if you were planning on upgrading. The brightness of the LEDs are also incredible and go from really low to really bright. I was very satisfied with the quality of this product.

I was also hesitant to upgrade my SATA SSD to a M.2 960 SSD from Samsung. The reason for this was that there were overheating reports which resulted in throttling. After reading some reviews which stated that the M.2 heatsink kit from EK was one of the best in terms of cooling performance, I can share with you that this much is true. Not only does this product work as advertised, but it is also easy to install. If you are worried your SSD might throttle by overheating then this product will help you overcome that obstacle!

There was product that had an ETA of three days, but my order was already ready for pickup the next day. Now that is what I call a good stock indication. Supershop, sinds 2008/2009 al bekend en klant. Nagenoeg alles wat je maar kunt bedenken voor koeling en anderszins valt te leveren of men denkt wel mee over een alternatief. Daarnaast is de communicatie echt een heel sterk punt, zelfs op zondagen in de avond wordt er op vragen gereageerd.

Highflow stelt gewoon niet teleur, 5* meer dan waard.
