I was looking for a shop with watercooling parts next to my country and I stumbled upon Highflow through tweakers.net.

They have showed outstanding service so far after 6+ orders with them, I am truly happy I found them. The prices are more often than not cheaper than Amazon and their catalogue is bigger.

The delivery time has always been on point, orders being prepared and shipped on the same day.

Dit is echt een unicum. In 20 jaar online aankopen nog nooit meegemaakt dat je zo aan je lot werd overgelaten als bij deze winkel. Ik heb hier vaker gewinkeld, maar het is gewoon bijzonder hoe weinig dat bij hen betekent.
Allereerst advies ingewonnen voor een fan controller. Er werd me gevraagd op het forum m'n situatie te plaatsen met foto's voor een goed advies.
Afijn, gedaan. Krijg ik een advies van de admin welke ik opvolg en bestel, maar de fan controller doet niet wat is beloofd. Verzendkosten voor mij: 14 euro. Dus, terug. Ander product besteld. Aangesloten, werkt prima. Na een paar uur, scherm uit. Paar dagen geprobeerd, uit de kast gehaald, probleem bleef. Foto's gestuurd, was vreemd inderdaad zeiden ze, dus RMA aangevraagd. Teruggestuurd, kosten voor mij 14 euro. Je hoort niks meer, je moet overal achteraan. Heeft 2 maanden geduurd en geen enkele keer kreeg ik een status update.
Na wederom vragen om de status was 't er dan eindelijk. Conclusie, ze konden niks vinden. Of ik de reparatie en verzendkosten weer even wilde ophoesten a 18,50 euro.
Naja, weinig keuze. Na protest maar gedaan.

Eenmaal in huis, aangesloten, aangezet en bam. Spontane knetters van de printplaat en een steekvlam van een chip die doorbrande. Ik was er gelukkig bij en thuis, maar je hele huis zou af fikken.
Natuurlijk weer contact opgenomen, maar daar wordt dan vrij casual over gedaan. Zou dan wel kortsluiting hebben, kan natuurlijk niet aan wat anders liggen dan mij. Nou, dat zal dan misschien wel. Maar we hebben 't over fans van 3 x 0.48watt op een controller die zogezegd 30W per kanaal aan moet kunnen. Ik mag toch verwachten dat daar een beveiliging voor is ingebouwd? En bovendien heb ik de kabels daar ook gekocht.

Inmiddels een andere fan controller, zelfde situatie, geen enkel probleem. Hoe verklaar je dat dan?
Contact bleef daarbij, jammer voor jou, geen enkel graantje tegemoetkoming. Echt alles in het hele proces, incl alle verzend- en reparatiekosten, zijn op conto van mij geweest. 0 risico of kosten voor de winkel.

Alle kosten voor op moeten draaien. Of het nou voor retour RMA, verkeerd geadviseerd product of de initiele verzending was. In totaal was ik alleen al aan verzendkosten 28 euro kwijt, voor een product van 35 euro. Waar ik ook nog reparatekosten voor moest betalen, waardoor de kosten al 2x zo hoog werden als 't initiele product, om vervolgens een ontploffende fan controller teruggestuurd te krijgen na 2.5 maand, met 0 garantie of tegemoetkoming. Echt ongehoord.

Contact was heel geprogrammeerd. Ik heb alle regels en protocollen gevolgd, en nog mag je door de grond zakken als hun product dan niet blijkt te doen wat is beloofd. Ze nemen gewoon nergens verantwoording voor en wijzen naar andere afdelingen bij klachten, of doen of hun neus bloed. Want degene die me adviseerde op het forum te plaatsen heeft blijkbaar geen contact met de admin van het forum die me van advies voorzag of met de RMA afdeling die naservice verzorgt. En zo'n groot bedrijf is het niet. En of ik m'n klachten dan weer naar een andere afdeling wilde sturen. Dus je kunt geen mail forwarden met het verhaal waarin de context en klacht compleet duidelijk is? Nee, ook dat laten ze liever aan de klant over. Bovendien nooit een reactie op gekregen. Dus dat had ook geen zin.

Toen ik vroeg om een reparatie rapport was het er niet. Toen ik dreigde het daar dan maar bij te laten en ik de kosten dan niet ging betalen, was het rapport er ineens wel.
Ze zouden zogezegd ook nog zelf getest hebben. Nou, dat betwijfel ik ten zeerste. Dan vraag ik me ook af waarom ik daar zo achteraan moest, dat kun je dan toch gewoon communiceren om te laten zien dat je service verleent?

Echt een bedrijf wat gewoon niet z'n verantwoording neemt voor z'n eigen acties of producten. Zoiets kun je prima verhalen op de fabrikant die met deze troep komt, maar dat doen ze liever richting hun klanten.

Het heeft me zo'n 75 euro gekost en ik heb er een ontplofte fan controller voor terug gekregen, plus maanden van communicatie ellende omdat werkelijk niks vanuit hun zelf gaat richting de klant. Dit is geen winkel met dienstverlening. Dit zijn dozenschuivers, overigens ook nog dure, maar dat zie je niet terug in de service.

Very helpfull staff had send like over 12 emails asking about products what to get whats compatible or not responce was allways quick and when needed watercooling d5 pump from aquacomputer which gets sold quick and was out of stock they emailed me.exact date they would have it back in stock and would be shipped to me. One thing can say they no there products very well they provide solutions asap and you can find anything you want from modding to watercooling one of the best online shops in europe with good prices and they provide point system with every order which means you get discount next order depending on points . I give them 5 star and will be buying more stuff soonn

The shop contains a clear description of each item, as well as which machines it is suitable for, and images. Highflow sells every part you could think of.

Parts were ordered at 15:00 and delivered early morning the next day!

I'm a Dutch guy living in Germany. I made my first steps into the watercooling world and the people at Highflow where incredibly helpfull.

To top this all off my order was delivered a day after being ordered in germany. Germany companies are not even able to do that.

I bought an aqua computer d5 next pump. It arrived and once I opened shipping box you could visibly see something was wrong. Once I opened the aqua computer box it was completely folded in. The product was USED!!! Not new. The purposely sold and sent me a USED ITEM. scratches and scuffs all over it. The plasiic inside the pump had be worn down. The bracket had visible signs of usage as the screws holes had paint chipped. Then they add a lollipop candy inside the box.... you decide if you want to buy something from them

Good website to order your watercooling parts.

Package well packed in the best bubblewrap according to my 3-year-old daughter who is having a blast with them. Shipment was fast I was kept up to date during the whole process.

I did find the website confusing at times and the checkout process had a few surprises around the free shipping promotion that keeps popping up that the shipping costs have changed.

Perfect experience. Very fast, very clear. Full of premium products. Nice packaging and I even got a lollipop! Extra details like this make it be even more worth it.

Am not when that leaves reviews believe me, but i just had to for Highflow.nl What an absolute amazing service!!! Am from the United Kingdom and have ordered 3 times from highflow all 3 times i have been so so happy with the service on all 3 times i got my items delivered in 2 days know that is FAST coming from a different country. Items always well packaged but the main thing is highflow stocks items that no other online store in the UK stocks don't get me wrong UK stores are good ordered many times but when it comes to stocking items no one beats highflow. I'll give you a example i ordered water cooling parts for my PC, a Koolance 450s pump, Koolance 24v controller & Black ice nemesis 480gtx radiator 3 of these items no UK online store stocked the gtx480 radiator some UK online stores had it listed but been "out of stock" for months and a good chance it was never gonna be back in stock. Simply put highflow.nl is now my number 1 online store for water cooling parts, they do many many other items but i haven't checked them out but for water cooling specifically this online store is highly recommended 5 out of 5 stars. PLEASE highflow keep up with this great service!

Ordered IC Diamond because it was no where else to be found. Poor description on how to apply it but the package costs waa not amazingly high. Got the product when i needed it and it was in stock
