Reliable Rachel…
I’ve recently just helped my disabled brother complete on a new flat with Heylo. The experience has been incredibly stressful ( due to other parties), but dealing with Rachel has been like a breathe of fresh air. I call her reliable Rachel because she always answers her phone, always responds quickly to emails and when she says she’s going to do something, she does it. I know she put a huge amount of time and effort into the process, constantly chasing people to get things done and I honestly don’t think it would have happened without her input. Brilliant throughout
Heylo contributed massively to the completion of our first home going smoothly, we completed on time which is rare with new builds and in the lead up to Christmas as well. We recieved a lovely hamper from them as well, nice touch!

I wanted to say how grateful I am for you facilitating the shared ownership of our new house. We are over the moon and without sounding soppy, it is truly life changing for us – to have the security of partial ownership vs the last 15 years of renting, is amazing and very much thanks to you. The house is great, the neighbourhood is great, and we’ve had a really good Christmas so far.

They made my dream come true

Ewa is an asset to Heylo!
What an absolute star Ewa Skrzynska has been throughout our house move! We have had a nightmare, frankly with our house move. Mainly due to solicitors however, Ewa has been nothing less than fantastic! She has been patient, kind and considerate and was consistently reliable with time sensitive responses.
