I had a ton of difficulty with my solicitors and their communication was awful. Fortunately, Natasha Marsden helped guide me through the process and kept me updated frequently throughout. Natasha and her team were amazing
Natasha and her team were amazing at helping us last minute with our move. We had document that needed sending across 2 days before our move date and although their team were busy, they made sure to get it through and updated us all the way.

Resale Purchase
Recently started the process of buying a shared ownership home through Heylo and the it has been straightforward. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and helpful. In particular, Natasha in Resales has been brilliant - friendly, professional and super efficient.
I regularly deal with leasehold and help to buy companies as part of my work and usually find them frustratingly slow and disjointed. Grateful my experience with Heylo has not been like that!

Accounts Department - Abysmal!
Speaking to someone in accounts is nothing but impossible. No response to emails or calls. Been trying to simply change my direct debit date. Paid additional payments which they did not lodge on my account. Should be in credit by a month but they are saying I am not. Proof of Bank statements given. Still unresolved! Awful customer services.

Heylo attend to emails after 1 day or…
Heylo attend to emails after 1 day or 2. But their solicitors take forever getting things done. They also raise the prices to way above the ongoing rate. My house is going for around £1100/month but Heylo is trying to charge us £1700/month for this house. This is delaying our buy back process which has now been ongoing for around 3 months.
Until then they will keep getting the higher rates so it's almost like they're doing this on purpose. I'm not sure about doing business with them in future.

We encountered a few hiccups during the process, which were no fault of Heylo but rather due to other companies involved.
However, Rachel and Joshua were outstanding in resolving these issues quickly and efficiently. Joshua consistently delivered on his promises, ensuring everything was done as and when he said it would be. Rachel truly went above and beyond, helping us secure the property of our dreams.
