Saffron has been very helpful with sorting out any issues that have been arising on the estate I live on, very quick responses and issues progressed. Saffron is always quick to chase things up and update.

They are simply the worse.
I own a flat in a development where they were appointed by the freeholder. When we complained about their service they words were " We are here to stay, either you like it or not, so it's better that you get used to how the development is managed now".
Some examples:
Thieves broke a door and stole bicycle, it took them 1 year to fix the door.
They have no budget or plan to improve the development
Will only communicate by post, no emails
Very expensive
We don't have a manager, several of their team read the emails, and they use it as excuse to not reply. As they do not know who may have read it.
Managers never visit the development, have no idea of things like if we have car park
The list can go on

I've had some bad service from individuals who work for this organisation in the past but something has changed because i got excellent service today to rectify a power outage. In particular a chap called Benjamin (Ben) Smerdon seemed to be the one that did most of the magic assisted by some helpful colleagues.

Spoke with Neve today and she was ever so helpful answering all my queries. Perfect.

Paige was very helpful with regards to getting in touch with us in advance and sending us our service charges invoice via email so we didn’t need to worry..

Spoke to Mr Lee in the London office. He was very helpfull and resolved my issue quickly, without any fuss.

Great Customer Service. Claire was very responsible and efficient in handling my inquiry.
