Brilliant service 👏

Ordered an exact part(pictured on website), got delivered wrong part number 4521002(which was also on website and did'nt choose this one).
Pleased with service in the end giving a full refund with part return.

Ordered and got delivered next day wasn’t expecting it while next week, saved me time going to the merchants, saved customer some money as opted for a refurbed pcb than brand new, what can I say, brilliant price, service and communication throughout!

Prompt reply from WhatsApp communications.....quick delivery and competitive pricing.....all in all a good solid company to deal with.

Great customer service, very quick and responsive.

Very cool experience and isn’t the first time use this company, very quick delivery and unexpected quick assistance and problem solving skills and very friendly , The best.

I have been using this company for around a year now and they always deliver ! Their customer service is second to none , I've never had any issues with any of the parts I've purchased and they always arrive in good time .

I would recommend this company to anybody!

Bought a part on interest, later asked if this part was right on WhatsApp they said yes, paid for it and next day delivery, part cane doesn't fit, gave them the EXACT part number again, I asked is this part is right, answer yes, another part came, its a fan for a boiler, 10 minutes after installing it was red hot, couldn't touch it, waited for it to cool down, took it off it was a lot higher wattage than it should have been, went on WhatsApp for a refund was given a return label, now I paid £120 for 2 visits of an engineer to fit it, plus £240 for 2 wrong fans. ........NOT EVEN A SORRY or apology or nothing from them.I'm in 2 minds to report to trading standards, selling me a dangerous part that could have burnt my house down !!!!

Excellent first class service, backed up by a WhatsApp video call when I got stuck.

Great for boiler spares.

I’m run a small boiler repair & service business in the south east and use this company whenever I can. Prices the likes of Wolsey & City Plumbing can’t get close to (even with postage) and super fast delivery if ordered early in the day. *****

I have placed several orders with Heating & Catering Parts. Their prices are the best in the market and the parts are always delivered within a couple of days. I recently had to return an order and my refund was issued immediately with no quibble. I would highly recommend Heating & Catering Parts.

Fair price, packing very good, quick delivery, website very good,

Arrived on time and good price, excellent quality

Very helpful service! They contacted me on WhatsApp and guided me through decoding the PCB on my boiler. They were knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. Thanks to their help, I was able to get my boiler working again. Highly recommended!

Placed an order at nearly 5pm yesterday and the part was delivered before 1pm today, and that was based on the standard delivery! What amazing service this business offers - if only all businesses operated with this level of efficiency and service. Thanks very much, would highly recommend.

Very helpful. Great service.

These guy are amazing. They stayed late just to help me process an order and get it out for the following day before 1 pm the prices are reasonable and they’re very professional

I sent my boiler PCB off for repairs. There was good communication regarding when the part was received and delivered. Sent back to me the same day it was repaired and was delivered the next day. Cheaper than replacing the part.

Dropped these guys a WhatsApp message about a part my usual supplier couldn't source. These guys had the part at a very good price and it was on my doorstep in less than 24 hours, very impressed! Top Service, would highly recommend.
