Great product

It's always easy to get your requests in and where it might not be quite right there is always clear instructions on how to resolve with reasoning when queried.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Never had an expense claim approved in the entire year I was with them, despite submitting many. They are very strict on receipts. One was rejected as my therapist had the wrong qualification. She had a level 3 in Lymphatic Drainage Massages, and the claim was for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Have used Health Shield in my previous employment so knew how good they were when this was offered by my current employer. So quick and easy to submit information and the payment is made promptly.

Excellent

Multiple claims have been made over the last few years, from physiotherapy through to Medical Insurance Excess. Payments are in my bank within 3 days. Excellent sevice.
