I had some problems and a kind lady went out of her way to sort out the problem.

Faith is a star ⭐️ She was very helpful and took the time to explain all the details requested with a clear path to a solution. It was evident from our chat that she was very knowledgeable about the systems and specifics tied into dates & data as well as providing information about further training.

Today, I have to set up new client and uploaded the pension contribution. However, need to swap the admin and signatory, Rebecca really has the patient with me, as I am not too organise the correct paperwork, told me step by step, it took short time to correct the problem, Thank you again for Rebecca help.

Rebecca was most helpful when my Papdis file upload failed - for reasons that were totally unclear from the Fail notice. She talked me through the headings and I had to make quiet a few additions, which considering I have been uploading this file monthly for years came as a surprise!
Rebecca was patient and very helpful and the file uploaded perfectly after the amendments.
