Ever reliable Heals
I always think Heals is very reliable on household furniture and accessories. Great designs and well made. Having seen the products in the store I then showed my wife online to get approval and there surprise surprise there was a discount. Finally a few hours later we have notice of delivery. So all boxes ticked.

Excellent in store experience
Bought online, which was the standard process. They use a good courier firm (in my experience) so not expecting any issues. Where they really excelled was in store when I went to view before purchasing. Extremely helpful and accommodating without being pushy - top marks from me.
