Easy, and quick.

Overall a good experience, I ordered some bed linen to be sent to my son as a gift. I mistakenly chose the wrong address from the automated post code list and didn’t realise until I received a confirmation email. As it was a Sunday I contacted the store and was advised to call customer services on Monday morning. I was panicking as it was quite an expensive gift to go to a stranger. Do I sent an email explaining on Sunday and also telephoned on Monday am. The person I spoke to didn’t sound very sure about what they were doing or saying and didn’t reassure me at all so she suggested I cancel the order and said I would receive a refund in about 2 weeks. I decided to wait until this had cleared to reorder. In the meantime I received an email reply to my initial contact on Sunday to say all well and postcode changed. So I was a little confused about what was happening. On Tuesday I received a very happy message from my son to say thanks for the linen! So all ok in the end , email contact worked very well but the telephone contact not so good. Sorry this is a long saga and obviously my mistake in the first place but I’m still a bit unsure about how it was sent but cancelled?

Fast delivery and my wall light arrived in a very sturdy box

I visited the store to buy a specific light but found it was sold out.The assistant checked and there was a delivery due so she ordered one for me to be delivered to my home. Fantastic service and I got the light at the special offer price.Heals is on the expensive side but has gorgeous,top quality, curated ranges.

Everything was fine, great selection etc until I ;urchased the light and delivery said 6-7 weeks - perhaps this was clear on the website for that light - but I didn't see it!!! We wanted it for next week. Delivery should perhaps be earlier on in the process, I would have bought a different light if I'd known...

Storabed trundle bed was bought online and the transaction was swift and the delivery and assembly company made contact quickly. The delivery and assembly took about an hour to complete. The Storabed looks of good quality light oak and the premium mattresses are of good quality.

We had a very good instore experience today - Martina in the lighting department was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I ordered six coasters, and the cost of postage was high. I was confused by this until I saw the large box that these small coasters were delivered in. I would have preferred a small Box, appropriate to the size of the coasters, and to have paid less postage. Thank you
