I had a great experience with Heal’s when recently purchasing a sofa bed. I visited the Kingston store several times and also called with a few additional questions. Guillaume and Alison were both incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process a really enjoyable shopping experience.
I absolutely love the Otto sofa bed, too! It looks fabulous and is super comfortable. Thank you both for all your help! 😊

Fantastic service
I had a really positive experience at Heal’s, thanks to Honar. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I was choosing my new sofa, taking the time to guide me through the options without ever making me feel pressured.
What really stood out was the level of service he provided after I’d made my purchase. He went above and beyond to help sort out the delivery arrangements, making the whole process much easier for me.
It’s rare to come across such attentive and genuinely helpful customer service. I really appreciated his efforts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Honar!
