Disappointing customer service
Wanted to change order five minutes after ordering due to a mistake. I was told this was impossible. The only option given was Yu refuse delivery of the whole order despite the fact I wanted all of it apart from one mistaken item. No other option to post that item back was given. I won’t bother perusing this as I haven’t got the time, but I may hesitate next time I consider burying from Heal’s who I had believed were a professional company who looked after cudtomers

Unfortunately, your order was already being picked by our warehouse team and prepared for delivery, so we were unable to make any changes at that stage. We always do our best to accommodate amendments wherever possible and apologise that we couldn't do so on this occasion.
Care kit for Heals oak drawers
Care kit for Heals oak drawers, and Linie underlay for rugs. Ordered as I knew these would be top quality, and they are.
Order delivered very quickly with no problems, which is not always the case with a lot of companies these days using carriers who aren’t so great.

Very friendly and helpful staff
I love Heal‘s for there unique selection of all kind of things for your home anyway. But the staff is the best in the business. First of all they don’t hide and if you need them there are always there, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent transaction but let down by the people at the door who clearly greeted the person ahead of me but ignored me.
Don’t be selective in who you greet as that defeats the purpose!
It’s 5 stars for the actual staff who handled my purchase and wrapped the items with great care but zero / one star for those at the door / store entrance greeting people.

I had a great experience with Heal’s…
I had a great experience with Heal’s when recently purchasing a sofa bed. I visited the Kingston store several times and also called with a few additional questions. Guillaume and Alison were both incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process a really enjoyable shopping experience.
I absolutely love the Otto sofa bed, too! It looks fabulous and is super comfortable. Thank you both for all your help! 😊
