Helpful lighting staff
Your member of staff in the lighting department helped me find the correct light, identified that it was in the store (removing the need to wait the order time) and found a big enough bag for me to get my lights home on public transport.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service - after a week of no contact it was only when I chased up delivery I was told that the item was no longer available and I'd be refunded. Very little explanation or apology. The whole process has been a struggle, and really not what I'd expect from Heal's.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry for the lack of communication and the disappointment of finding out your item was no longer available only after chasing your order. This falls short of the service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration caused.
