Don't trust in this company!!!

I decided to use Happy Socks to do a Christmas action in my company and I did the order 634167. To get the money they were fast, however they use a supposed fast delivery where you pay more so that the shipment should arrives in 3 days to Spain, but it took more than two weeks and unfortunately the parcel does not arrive in time for what I wanted it. Now I have to return the socks because they didn't deliver it to me on time and they make me pay the return shipping costs. They don't care about the customer. Don't trust this company, there are only robots like costumer service and no one will give you support. I would never buy from this company again.

They have poor customer experience and might charge you double the price "by mistake"

I made an order, but they drew the money twice and sent me two orders. They refused to cancel the second order, even though I reached out 2 minutes after I made it.

They said I needed to receive the package and then post it back to them. Which is OK, that is sometimes the case.

What they didn't tell me is that they charge for making a refund. When trying to contact them to ask for reimbursement for the return + reimbursement for the effort of needing to take the package home and then print out a form and repost, they are not available in customer support. So I need to request that they reach out to me and now wait and see what the email support has to say. This is 2023, wake up Happy Socks. Or should I call you Angry Socks.

The case is not closed yet and it is already one of the worst ordering experiences I ever had and will never recommend anyone to shop from them, ever. And actively share my negative experience with anyone I can.

Edit/update:
Change my grade 1 to grade 2. Happy Socks let me keep both pairs of socks and did not in the end require me to return the other pair. However, in the future, I would want them to make this process easier. Why not just, when realizing the mistake, right away say "you can keep the other pair" or send me a return label, to be a bit proactive. This was still a badly handled process.

my purchase was never delivered

my purchase was never delivered. no hotline to call client service, very low respond time by e-mail and hard to kick off e-mail chain via the chatbot. Lost the parcel (? but did not inform), in the end offered refund. However, unpleasant experience overall, i do not recommend.

Ich warte seit 10 Tagen auf die Socken. Der Kundenservice stellt sich tot. Keine Ahnung, ob meine Bestellung noch ankommt. Sie sollten für einen Adventskalender sein - sehr enttäuschend. Ich versuche über PayPal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, wenn sie nicht kommen in den nächsten Tagen. Super coole Motive aber das ist dem Stress nicht wert
...

Update: nach der Bewertung hier habe ich mein Geld über PayPal zurück bekommen. Happy socks hat sich gemeldet, dass meine Bestellung scheinbar verloren ist. Immerhin. Aber insgesamt trotzdem ärgerlich.

I can see that your order was shipped on the 29th November but it has gone lost in the post on its way to you. niet bereikbaar maar goed opgelost

Ik had ze besteld voor Sinterklaas, maar na 7 dagen had ik nog steeds geen reactie dat de sokken waren verstuurd. helaas hoefde het ook niet meer omdat Sinterklaas al voorbij was. Communicatie met het bedrijf bleek niet mogelijk, behalve toen ik contact zocht via Trustpilot.
Maar.. nu het goede nieuws; er werd meteen gereageerd op mijn verzoek tot cancellen. En ze hebben mij alsnog de sokken opgestuurd! Dat vond ik dan weer heel erg aardig :) Hartelijk bedankt. Ik ben er blij mee!

Still no delivery date

I have ordered a pair of socks 6 days ago and I still haven't received a track and trace. The chatbot is useless. Buttons don't work and it doesn't your question. I regret I bought my socks at this webshop.

Poor Customer Support Policies

Customer Support Policies are poor - I payed for priority shipping (2 weekdays), but even as until now the order was not processed and will not reach me on time for an event (gift), they refused to cancel the order.
Only option they see is for me to pay for return shipping costs.
Thought that the shop is nice for last minutes gifts, but as the handling of customers is so poorly, I will withdraw from ever ordering there again.

Awful quality

Worst quality socks I've ever had. Designs are fun and nice but every single pair I've had rip within a few wears. Price is an absolute joke for the quality.

Anything but Happy!

The company is an exercise in frustration- 6 days after my order was placed and confirmed, it is complete radio silence as far as the promised shipping notification, absolutely no means to check the status of a yet-to-be-shipped order, as you can only inquire via the tracking number I never received, no way to speak to a human being either online, chatbox, or phone. My order is a Christmas gift and I would like to give my recipient a heads up about it, since they have no gifting option available, and I don’t even know if the recipient will be able to tell who sent the socks! The company has SO MUCH to learn about customer satisfaction! I will try to patiently await receipt of a shipping notice but feel it is a rarity these days to wait this long for a company to get a package out the door.

Update on day 8 after my order- Happy Socks was copied with my review and asked for me order number. I still have not received any notice of shipping on my order.

Update on day 9 since I placed my order- my order remains unshipped, and I have not been contacted by Happy Socks with any updates or questions- all I have is their confirmation that I placed the order 9 days ago. I hope this gift order can eventually be received by the recipient, who is the 83 year old nun that taight me how to play the guitar 57 years ago, thus changing my life!

Update Day 11: well, thanks for yesterday’s response, Happy Socks! I was finally given a tracking number yesterday but as of 4:30 pm today DHL has not yet received the package. At least I have your assurance that the gift will make it before Christmas.

Awful quality doesn’t make up for great designs.

Love the designs, but the quality is awful. I’ve had socks rip at the seams within the first 2 or 2 wears. They very easily get holes and wear out very quickly. I’ve had about 15 or 16 pairs and haven’t managed to get more than a few months out of them.Just very very poor quality, which is a real pity because their designs are great. Have had to ask people to stop giving them to me as presents.

Useless

Useless. Ordered two weeks ago and still not arrived. No way to speak to anyone directly in real time - you just have to send off a ticket and then wait to see if anyone bothers to come back. No way this place justifies the cost of its products, just avoid them.

Not buy from their site

Order a couple days ago and the order is still not processed (site says 1 day deliver to NL). The chat is a scam and you cant even cancel as they say they are supr busy.

Tappat enormt senaste 2-3 åren. Kvaliten har blivit usel.

Köpt Happy Socks i flera år nu. Gillar deras design skarpt....tyvärr så har kvaliten rasat snabbt dom senaste åren.
Jag valde tom INTE att gå på deras höst utförsäljning i år (trots mycket bra priser) då kvaliten är för dålig.

Tråkigt då dom var banbrytande när dom kom. Men tyvärr så tar jag mina pengar nu och röstar på ett annat varumärke.
