I came back to ask for a refund but the joke was on me. I bought 5 sets, and I asked the lady how many were on sales, and she said all of them. When I arrived home, I realised that one didn't have any discount. The lady who attended lied to me, but the receipt does not lie--there is not discount on one item. On top of that, it was a weird thing: what I thought it was a set of three pairs, it really is only a pair plus a very long stocking-like thing-I don't even know what it was. So I didn't want that. When I arrived back the lady laughed that I had bought such a thing, so as I said, the joke is on me. No refunds, she said, but I can exchange. I don't even know why 'no refunds', as I had the receipt and everything was attached, including thingy I don't know but I was. But the joke's on me, so I asked what I could exchange it for. "Just look around" the lady said, and she ignored to talk to someone else. I chose one, it was more expensive. I said that I am not going to pay a singly penny more, you choose one with the same price. So she didn't even know what, as she didn't know the prices, and there were not prices on anything. Finally she chose one and gave that to me. So I have wasted all my day to pay way more than I wanted for a single pair of socks. At that point, it was to overpay or chucking the weird set with weird thingy to the rubbish bin. Really upset with the Portobello Road shop and said attendant.

Beschädigte Ware und keine Rückmeldung vom Kundensupport
Ich habe am 13.01.2024 die Lieferung von beschädigter Ware über den Chatbot reklamiert und habe bisher keine Rückmeldung vom Kundensupport erhalten (trotz zweifacher Erinnerung per Mail). Ich sehe es auch nicht ein, kaputte Socken, die aus Deutschland an mich versandt wurden, auf eigene Kosten nach Schweden zu schicken. Ich war bisher ein treuer Kunde und auch immer zufrieden mit der Qualtität. Aber das geht nun gar nicht.

No response from Customer Service…
Ordered 6 pair of socks in the Black Friday sales on behalf of my grandparents for them to give out at Christmas. When the socks were given out at Christmas the sizes of the socks were not correct. We sent them an email as soon as we knew they were wrong but we are yet to get a response to this email. Very poor customer service.

Email sent to their customer service: 30th December and again 6th January) automated reply says they respond in 2 days and yet we are still waiting.
Have purchased multiple pairs of socks before but will not be doing it again.
We have looked in the junk folder and we have not had a response from the support team. Can you please advise the date the customer service team replied.

Sadly let down with what used to be an amazing product.
Have been buying Happy Socks for many years. This latest batch will be the last though.
Their 'No Show' socks used to have a little piece of rubber to prevent the sock slipping.
Latest socks no longer have this feature, making them useless.
Yes, I can return them for a refund, but the postage costs to Sweden make the option non-viable.

Nicht kaufen! Schlechte Qualität
Die HS waren vor Jahren super. Gute Qualität, top Verarbeitung.
Seit ca. 4-5 Jahren ist HS zum Billgheimer verkommen. Material dünner, was zum schnellen Verschleiß führt. Gerade an den Nahtstellen der Fersen reißen die Socken.
Für das Geld absolute Frechheit,
ich kehre gerne zum deutschen Hersteller mit dem Vogelnamen zurück.
Hab mich schon gewundert, warum
die letztens beim Discounter verramscht wurden…

Ultimo aggiornamento! L’ordine sostitutivo é arrivato oggi, quindi nei tempi! Probabilmente il consiglio é quello di stare attenti ad ordinare durante il periodo Natalizio, forse più per un problema di corriere che dell’azienda! Al di fuori dai periodi critici tutto ok!
Mi sembra doveroso un aggiornamento. Passate le festività, durante le quali non avevo ricevuto nessun riscontro da parte dell’azienda, sono stata contattata e non essendo possibile reinviare l’ordine mi hanno proposto un risarcimento o un buono per un altro ordine. Ho scelto la seconda opzione ed ho rifatto un ordine nuovo. Volevo ridare loro fiducia. Ora sono in attesa. Riaggiornero alla ricezione del pacco.
Avevo già fatto ordini e non avevo mai avuto problemi, questa volta però ordine fatto il 19 dicembre ( 689603 ), il 21/12 risulta in partenza verso il paese di destinazione, da allora più nessuna notizia. Il peggio non é il ritardo ma il pessimo costumer care, promettono risposte entro 1-2 giorni e invece ti ignorano bellamente. Nessuna possibilità di capire cosa é successo all’ordine, se si è perso definitivamente o se prima o poi arriverà! Peccato, avrei fatto volentieri altri ordini ma ora non mi fido più!

Geen goede prijs/kwaliteit/service
Ik kocht een paar sokjes voor mijn dochter als cadeau voor nieuwjaar. Na ze een uurtje gedragen te hebben (ongewassen) begonnen ze al helemaal uit te rafelen. Voor die prijs is dat niet de kwaliteit die ik verwacht. Ik nam contact op via instagram waar men mij al vrij snel antwoordde dat ik via mail contact moest opnemen. Dat deed ik, en stuurde ook foto's mee. De klantendienst gaf me store credit om een nieuwe bestelling te plaatsen. Fijne oplossing.

Kvalitén är lägre än lägst. Den står inte i förhållande till priset. Har köpt och fått många par. Också köpt till våra 11 barnbarn. Alla blir glada av färgglada, roliga mönster men nu har jag köpt mitt sista par. Det höll för användning vid tre tillfällen.
Vad som händer med dem? De slits supersnabbt på utsatta ytor under foten och vid hälen så att bara tunna vävtrådar syns. Och det blir hål på stortån eller hälen eller under foten.
Håller med andra som skrivit här - kvalitén har blivit MYCKET sämre med åren. De var OK när jag började köpa dem.

Slechte kwaliteit
Ik merk dat er een andere kwaliteit in omloop is dan dat ik gewend was. Voorheen kon ik zeker een jaar doen met een paar happy socks en nu zijn ze in een paar maanden al doorgesleten. Zijn er meerdere niveaus van kwaliteit en hoe weet ik of ik de beste kwaliteit heb? Of is de kwaliteit in totaal een stuk minder?

Nog steeds geen verzending ondanks extra kosten hiervoor
Op 22 december overdag een bestelling geplaatst met extra kosten voor een snelle verzending (normaliter 1 werkdag). We zijn ondertussen min 3 werkdagen verder en we hebben nog steeds geen verzendingsmail gekregen (enkel een bevestigingsmail hebben we ontvangen).
Naast een te late levering hebben we dus ook onkosten gemaakt voor iets dat Happy Socks niet kan waarmaken ... frauduleus!

Il tracking si è fermato al 9 Dicembre.
Pacco mai arrivato.
Alla richiesta di assistenza e’ stato risposto di avere pazienza che un ritardo può starci.
Ma dopo 20 giorni credo che il pacco fosse trasportato dalle renne!!!
Adesso ho chiesto un rimborso e stiamo a vedere!

I am sorry for the confusion regarding the shipping times. The estimated delivery time to Italy is 5-8 business days (Mo-Fri, excl. bank holidays). Considering the bank holidays your parcel was due to be delivered yesterday, however, please note that these are estimates and that slight delays can occur with the postal services. According to the tracking information it looks like your Happy Socks will be delivered shortly.

Belli ma la spedizione dove è?
I calzini son belli, sono morbidi..
Sarebbe bello poterlo dire tenendoli tra le mani. Ordinato il 14 dicembre e ancora niente e il tracking è fermo al 17 dicembre. Sarebbe bello sapere se arriveranno e quando arrivano.
Intanto per non rovinare il Natale oggi li abbiamo comprati anche in un negozio fisico dove per fortuna li abbiamo trovati. Sito pessimo!

Kein Produkt erhalten und kein Kundensupport vorhanden
Ich habe am 21.11.23 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis heute nichts erhalten. Der Kundenservice reagiert auf keine einzige Nachfrage. Ich habe über Paypal bezahlt und werde wohl in den nächsten Tagen versuchen, mein Geld über Paypal zurückzuerhalten. Wirklich schade, dass der Kundensupport und allgemein die ganze Organisation so unzuverlässig ist. Ich werde jedem abraten, bei Happy Socks zu bestellen.

Avevo letto le recensioni DOPO aver effettuato un ordine, e sinceramente mi ero un pò spaventata. Pensavo che il pacco non sarebbe mai arrivato. E invece, dopo 10-12 giorni è arrivato! Acquistato in periodo di BlackFriday. Calzini bellissimi, sono molto contenta, anzi mi sono pentita di non averne comprati altri (dopo aver letto le recensioni, ho lasciato perdere il secondo ordine, mannaggia a me). Andato tutto bene

Qualität und Service katastrophal
Lieferung Dauer knapp 2 Wochen,
Jedes dritte Paar ist fehlerhaft oder viel zu klein, Kundenservice antwortet auf keine Mails. Retoure wegen Reklamation muss Kunde selber zahlen. Früher waren die Socken wenigstens qualitativ hochwertig…
Fazit: krass überteuerte Socken in mangelhafter Qualität und schwankender Passform. Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Nach vielen Jahren Zufriedenheit, sehr enttäuscht

Suite à votre réponse du 11 décembre sur ce site , nous avons vérifié nos mail et nos spam, mais n’avons trouvé aucune trace de mails de votre part . Nous attendons toujours la paire de chaussette Christmas tree kid 2/3 ans . Nous espérons une réponse et recevoir cet article avant noël !
Pour mémoire : (Nous n’avons Nous avons commandé 4 paires de chaussettes le 23novembre. Le colis que nous avons reçu le 4 décembre n’en contenait que 3 paires. Nous avons déposé une requête avec le numéro #1062745 le 4 décembre .
