Just found a fraudulent charge on my bank account from this company for $69.55 and had to call my bank and have my husband's debit card cancelled because of this happening. I also tried to contact the company but there isn't a number to contact them. They only offer chatting with a bot or emailing them.

Commande disparue, service client réactif
Ma première commande passée pour Noël s'était parfaitement déroulée. Une fois arrivée en France elle avait mis 24H à me parvenir. Pour rappel, les délais postaux une fois sur le territoire français sont de 48H max (d'après laposte).
Ma deuxième commande quant à elle, a été perdue par le transporteur, ce dont l'entreprise n'est pas responsable.
Le service client d'Happy Socks a cependant apporté une solution rapide et adaptée au problème et je les en remercie.

Har vel 15 par Happy Socks
Har vel 15 par Happy Socks. Samtlige par har hatt kort levetid. Rakner i hæl. Må være den dårligste kvaliteten på sokker som jeg noen gang har vært borti. Sokkene på Rema 1000 holder 10 ganger så lenge. Eneste positive er de flotte fargene samt god passform.

I have been buying Happy socks for years. They have been very durable, the ones I bought to my son several years ago, he’s still wearing them. BUT the quality is no more the same - I bought some pairs of socks a few months ago and they have holes in them!! Can’t believe. The fabric is softer than in the older ones, is that the case? Softer socks but poorer quality? No more happy socks, thank you.

Eigentlich war ich Fan und langjährige…
Eigentlich war ich Fan und langjährige Kundin, aber meine letzten 2 Bestellungen waren von unglaublich schlechter Qualität! Nach ein paar mal tragen waren sie schon kaputt, Löcher und durchgescheuert. Der Support weigert sich, mir ohne Beweisfotos die Kosten zu erstatten, das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Bei den ersten Socken habe ich mich geärgert und sie weggeschmissen, erst als ich gecheckt hatte, dass es sich bei den kaputten um ausschließlich die neuen handelt, habe ich Fotos gemacht. Es ist systematisch schlechte Qualität seit Dezember. Unglaublich, über 100 Euro für Socken ausgegeben und 2 Monate später sind alle auf dem Müll und der Support hilft da überhaupt nicht (Bestellungen 556669 und 682044)

Entsetzt über billige Qualität
Seit meiner vorletzten Bestellung im letzten Oktober ist die Qualität eine Katastrophe: nach ein paar Mal tragen sind die Socken unten durchgescheuert und haben Löcher. Nicht bei einzelnen paaren, sondern bei allen.
Da ich zu den Menschen gehöre, die Socken mit Löchern spontan frustriert in den Müll schmeißen und happy socks auf Fotos als Beweis besteht, um zu erstatten, sitze ich nun auf den für diese Qualität unfassbar hohen Kosten.
Bin als langjähriger Kunde und Fan extrem enttäuscht.
@happysocks: Bestellung 520078 - ich wende mich nicht wieder an den Support, der kennt den Fall und stellt sich Stur in Sachen Kulanz.

Prijs/kwaliteit is om te janken
De prijs/kwaliteit van de sokken is om te huilen, paar keer dragen en de gaten vallen erin. Ik had meer verwacht van sokken van 10 á 20 euro per paar. Dit is niet een eenmalige ervaring, ben op zich groot fan en vind de diversiteit van de ontwerpen super, maar ga toch eens een ander merk proberen.

Zou geleverd worden op 30/1
Niets te zien, ook op 31/1 nog steeds niets.
Mijn tracking nummer geeft aan dat levering niet mogelijk is. Pakket is nog steeds bij het distributiecentrum.
Na meermaals contact hia e-mail en de chat op hun website GEEN reactie! In de chat krijg je steeds dezelfde robot die niets helpt!!
Ondertussen nog steeds geen pakket of hulp!

Socks size received are significantly smaller than what is purchased. They make an error and will allow you to return them at your expense. They take no responsibility for inaccuracies on the website and say you have to pay for returns because shipping to you is free, but you have to spend over a certain amount to get free shipping. I purchased socks size m9-11 for my dad, nephew and brother who all wear either a 9.5 or 10. They sent me size m4.5-7.5.

Horrible. Compré varios pares de calcetines en weep y en lugar de enviarme uno de los pares me mandaron una cajita con dos pares de calcetines de Navidad feísimos.

Versteckte Zollkosten für die Schweiz
Bei der Bestellung via Webseite von Happy Socks war zu keinem Zeitpunkt ersichtlich, dass zusätzliche Zollkosten anfallen. Beim Abschluss meiner Bestellung und in der Bestellbestätigung war unter „Shipping & Handling“ und „Tax“ jeweils CHF 0.00 angegeben. Dass schlussendlich trotzdem Zollkosten und somit auch Gebühren der Post anfallen, hat mich sehr überrascht. Meine Bestellung kostete hierdurch 25% mehr!
Hinzu kommt, dass das Paket von Happy Socks so schlecht verschlossen war, dass es während dem Zustellprozess aufging und in der „Briefklinik“ der Post für beschädigte Sendungen landete. Hierdurch dauerte die Zustellung 10 Tage.
