In a way I'm glad to read that the quality issues aren't unique to me... I was beginning to think my feet had become clawed and were ripping holes in the socks! So disappointed as I started wearing these socks after seeing them on Peter Jones on Dragon's Den and have been a loyal customer for years.

Someone else has written that Happy Socks WAS their favorite brand, 100% agree! I ordered two boxes in March and today the final pair got a massive hole. I worn my old ones for years before they got destroyed...

Edit: The Happy Socks customer service did an amazing job so I'm increasing the rating.

The quality is great, just improve your shipping times, thats what I will suggest.

I’d give zero if that were possible. They were unable to deliver an order because they omitted an essential part of the address. They refuse to fulfil my order so I have to do without! That’s no way to do business. Don’t bother with them!

I had a moan back in April 24 about the quality of the socks, well that's changed! Happy Soaks got back to me and said give them another go and I did, so happy I did. I Have two pairs 3pairs and and each pair are my join number ones in my sock draw. I will be buying again for sure.

Mijn sokken waren na 1 dag al kapot bij de tenen. Vorige keer was dat ook al zo, toen bij de hak. Superslechte kwaliteit, zeker voor deze prijs.

Happy Socks WAS my favourite brand. Great designs, really cheerful and decent quality. Sadly, their quality has dropped, they look worn out after a couple of days. Maybe they have found lower priced, poor cotton. I encourage them to change back or re name as Sad Socks! Such a shame.

Ik had mijn twijfels toen ik de reviews van deze winkel las maar niets is minder waar. Ik heb een uitstekende ervaring met deze winkel. Leuk persoonlijk kaartje erbij.

Misschien dat het wat eerder verstuurd had kunnen worden maar PostNL was zelf ook wat later. Ik hoop dat mijn review wat positiefs kan brengen!

I bought (another) pair recently, directly from the Happy Socks website, but upon delivery I noticed there was an issue with the embroidered drawing being on the same side for both socks, which makes it impossible to wear them 'balanced' (inward or outward facing drawing).
Customer Support was swift to react and admitted an apparent production issue and offered some options for either store credit or a refund. I opted for store credit and ordered a different pair (with free delivery, yay).

Leider hatten die neu bestellten Socken teilweise nicht die Farben die auf der Webseite dargestellt wurden und bei zwei Paaren haben sich Fäden gelöst, Etikett alles noch dran. Ich möchte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen und stelle fest, dass aus "Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit" keine kostenlose Retoure angeboten wird. Auch nicht bei Reklamation. Um mein Geld zurückzubekommen, muss ich auf eigene Kosten mangelhafte Ware in das Headquarter nach Schweden zurückschicken.
Außerdem trage ich die Verantwortung für die Artikel. Da es bis zu 21 Tage dauern kann bis ich meine Rückerstattung habe, verzichte ich darauf.
Mich zurücklehnen und entspannen bei einer Retoure (wie es auf dieser bunten Webseite steht), sieht für mich anders aus.
Da sich die Socken jetzt schon auflösen bin ich gespannt wie lange ich sie tragen kann (aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit UND aus Kostengründen).

Fazit: Bin genervt von der Firma und definitiv kein Fan mehr. So wie die Produkte wirken, wurde bei der Herstellung mehr als nur das Logo verändert.

Ich habe früher gerne bestellt, die Qualität war für den Preis akzeptabel. Doch mittlerweile lässt das stark nach. Die Socken schrumpfen nach mehrmaligen Waschen, weshalb das Anziehen vor allem für Kinder kompliziert ist und das, obwohl ich immer die Socken ein paar Größen größer als normalerweise gebraucht wird, hole. Das finde ich ziemlich ärgerlich. Eigentlich wollte ich heute wieder bestellen, weil die Lieblingssocken meiner Tochter mittlerweile hinüber sind und ich noch einen Gutschein hatte. Jedoch laden auf der Website die Bilder der Socken nicht. Und das ist sowohl auf dem Laptop als auch auf dem Handy. Vor ein paar Monaten, ist mir das auch schon aufgefallen und ich bin echt enttäuscht, dass man so etwas in der heutigen Zeit nicht hinkriegt, da hatte ich übrigens deshalb auch schon nicht bestellt. Allgemein finde ich, dass die Website viel zu viele unnötige Features bekommen hat, die für Unübersichtlichkeit sorgt und wenn ich das Design nicht sehen kann, werde ich natürlich auch nichts kaufen. Schließlich will keiner auf gut Glück Sachen holen und dann eventuell zurückschicken müssen. Ich habe auch schon von vielen Anderen gehört, dass sie immer unzufriedener sind und ich empfehle hiermit auch niemanden mehr sich Happy Socks Socken zu holen. Zumindest nicht bis dieses Unternehmen zu seinen alten Standarts wie Qualität trotzdem bunt und schön und übersichtlicher, Bilder ladende Website zurückkehrt.

J’étais au magasin Happy socks de Paris 6eme et je ne recommande vraiment pas. La vendeuse est tres désagréable. J’y suis allée avec mes cousins de Malaisie donc je leur parlais en anglais. Elle a cru que je ne parlais pas français donc elle s’est permise de dire aux personne en français qu’elle déteste les personnes qui appellent les chiens des autres sans permission. Sauf que sa chienne qu’elle appelle “mademoiselle” est venue d’elle même vers nous et j’étais juste agréable surprise d’avoir vu le chien et je me suis permise d’appeler la petite fille de mon cousin pour qu’elle vienne voir le chien tout simplement, là la vendeuse qui a cru que j’appelais le chien volontairement, me dit en anglais de laisser le chien tranquille. Puis elle commence à se lamenter en français aux autres clients rieurs de la situation. Ce n’était pas du tout agréable. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette boutique. Nous avons laissé nos chaussettes que nous allions prendre et sommes partis. Si elle ne veut pas que son chien aille vers les autres, qu’elle ne le laisse pas en boutique. Extrêmement déçue du comportement de cette vendeuse très désagréable et très négative.

I’ve bought happy socks for many years and never had any problems. I recently spent a lot of money on a Star Wars pack and within 6 months the material has worn thin and there are holes. The quality has been very disappointing. I wrote to happy socks customer services and as I bought from John Lewis, they aren’t interested. Unfortunately John Lewis isn’t interested either as there is no product guarantee for socks. Complete waste of £80.

Actually I love Happy Socks, especially design and gift boxes. I don't know why people complain.

Ordered 3 size7-9yo items, 2 of them had no issues thats the size my kid has been wearing. The one “Kids Heavy Knit Blocked Sock” apparently is much smaller than size 7-9yo, also in the website the picture is more “white” the real item I received was “grey”.

Problem is they dont offer free return so buyer has to pay for it, and their return address is in Sweden. I went for the cheaper option without tracking that costed £3.42 to return a £7 items, otherwise, i know tracking is important but whats the point of paying £7 for £7item refund?? Posted it 16Apr, now 1May they said they have not received it probably lost but they won’t offer anything unless I provided a tracking reference or receipt (but how?? You buy the stamp and just posted)

A really bad experience when the problem is the product itself and their policies are pushing all responsibility to buyers.
