Delighted customer
We are delighted with our wardrobe installation, the service has been professional and seamless from start to finish with designer, surveyor and fitter all delivering on time and to a high standard. The fitter worked incredibly hard to complete the installation within a day whilst checking finer details throughout to ensure it fully suited our needs. The completed fit certainly transforms the room. All in all we are delighted with the installation which is worth every penny although I should say we purchased on a 'summer deal' with 45% off - the 'full' price would have been prohibitive.

Looks nice, but bucket depth is small!
All good, looks nice, nicely fitted. However I would like to draw your attention that the bucket depths are much smaller than what it should be!

poor design and poor communication and customer service
poor design, not fit for purpose and difficulty getting Hammonds to review and correct design faults. Advertised as bespoke but use off the shelf sliding doors, which are not the correct sizing for maximum space use in bedroom. Ugly unfinished seams in panels where joins are made and lack of communication to highlight these before fitting. Poor time keeping, late night appointments running up to midnight. Would not use again.

The matter has been reviewed internally, and we understand that concerns were raised regarding the panel joins, wardrobe design and use of space. A site inspection was carried out, and additional work was undertaken in an effort to improve the internal hanging space. We also recognise the frustration caused by the late-running appointments, and your feedback regarding this has been passed to the fitter's manager for review.

We had a lovely man called Shaun Hauxwell come out and design and show us what was achievable in the spaces we had.
His ideas and designs were fabulous and the experience was first class.
We didn’t go with Hammonds purely due to timescales however everything was first class and I would highly recommend

Extremely disappointing and…
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service! Nobody turned up for the scheduled appointment, and no proper communication was provided. If a company cannot honour its commitments, the very least it should do is inform customers in advance rather than waste their valuable time.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a real lack of respect for customers. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and reliability. Based on my experience, I would seriously question whether this company values its customers’ time at all.

Media wall does not include putting a tv up
I wasn't told that when installation on a media wall is completed, I would have to install/mount my tv, which means paying for someone else again to do it. The installer was good, very professional but was not informed of the tv situation during the initial consult. You would assume that paying for a tv media wall would include putting the tv up.

The service was good
The service was good , prices are very steep. The fitting was good but the fitter was supplied with an incorrect part and that has delayed the finishing by 2 weeks.

Professional Service and Quality Installation
We recently had fitted furniture installed in our son’s bedroom by Hammonds Furniture.
The initial contact with Julian Rudd the designer was very professional, helpful and informative. The installation was carried out by Matt Burgess, who arrived when he said he would, worked extremely hard throughout and demonstrated a high standard of craftsmanship, care and attention to detail. The finished bedroom is exactly as planned and a great addition to our home..
