Excellent service from start to finish and exceeded all expectation.
Straightforward ordering from your sales representative who came twice as I had made a few changes. Plenty of choice and mixing and matching interiors. Informed at every stage of the process. This is the second purchase this year. I was able to have the same surveyor which was Caroline who answered all my queries giving me full confidence that my expectations would be fully met. Again Marco constructed the wardrobe as expertly as the first one. Admin staff very friendly and helpful.

Not a made to measure service
I had expected a bespoke service, but that was not what I got. The units available are pre-sized. Very disappointed and not what I expected following my showroom visit. I do not expect a comment from a designer "most people" when advising my requirements. It is also very bad business practice to knock the opposition.

We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the expectations you had following your showroom visit. We understand how disappointing it must have been to feel that the design proposed did not fully reflect your requirements or the bespoke service you were looking for.
Your feedback regarding the design consultation, the comments made during the appointment and your concerns about how alternative options were discussed has been shared with both our Sales and Showroom teams so that it can be reviewed. We appreciate you taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention.
