Clever Closet UK Arvostelua

Joao our fitter explained the process before, during and after. And delivered high quality finish. Very happy with the end product and the service provided.
🤩🤩🤩

We are very happy with the quality of Joao Prissinote’s work (assisted by Davide). The cupboards under the stairs are well built and look good. Friendly, tidy, skilful, good communication and charming to work with. Our experience from start to finish with Clever Closets has been excellent.

Jason was outstanding, arrived promptly worked cleanly and was polite and courteous throughout. Absolutely no mess left and gave advice on how long to leave everything before decorating. Showed me how everything worked and what the weight capacity was for each draw. Highly recommend this company if you want efficiency and a great service with a smile.

Got a Clever Closet quote from a Sharps bedroom rep. The rep was realistic and only quoted us on the understairs storage as the bedroom was not going to be practical. Clever Closet install was excellent. The company are easy to get in contact with and the tradesman who fitted the drawers and cupboard was friendly and did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and finished to a really good standard. I feel that I've got excellent service and value for money .

Great experience with Clever Closets, I’m very happy with the finished product (double door cupboard and 6 drawers). The process is straightforward and I’d like to particularly shout out Joao Prissinote and his partner, who were excellent on fitting day - he talked me through everything and the standard of work is excellent. Looking forward to painting the fronts and reorganising my storage now!

What a wonderful company! I am delighted with my lovely under-stairs storage, and Clever Closet made the process seamless.
From the contact made to confirm the order, right through to the fitting, I was so impressed! Richard Murray was our fitter and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and created an excellent, high quality end product! Couldn’t be happier!

Really happy with the job Carl Irvine did fitting our under-stairs storage with three drawers and one door. He knew exactly what the space needed and just got on with it, completely self-sufficient from start to finish. We're really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend him and Clever Closet.

Excellent time punctuality was spot on on the booked time
Job was done brilliant love the finish and no left mess around good job
Big thanks to Roy #109075

Great pre installation communication and very professional service. They cleaned up after themselves and clarified options while I was there. Trustworthy also as I had to leave before they finished and they followed instructions to secure the property. The final result looks great too!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Clever Closet, and a huge thank you to Sean Gardner for doing such an exceptional job with the installation. Our account was 109358

Sean was professional, friendly and incredibly thorough from start to finish. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and the finished result looks amazing. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and makes sure everything is completed to the highest standard.

I couldn't be happier with the result. Sean is a real credit to Clever Closet, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering an installation. Brilliant service all round!

Had a great experience with Rafael today. He was very polite and worked extremely hard all day. The closet looks fantastic and can’t wait to start using it. Thanks a lot!

Richard was punctual, friendly and super efficient. The closet looks great and works brilliantly.

Very good experience all round. Easy to see the options, select the product and arrange fir installation. The survey process provides confidence in the installation. Carl Irvine installed mine and did a great job, very professional, provided good info and I’m please with the outcome.

From the beginning of interactions to the finished product I was blown away. Craig who rang me about my query for under stairs storage was helpful and empathetic and didn’t ’hard sell’ at all, instead really listening to my needs and requirements and helping to advise me. The people who booked my survey and the fitting were efficient and precise. The surveyor was communicative and incredibly thorough and precise in ensuring the measurements and product would be perfect. He was great with my dog and very friendly and didn’t rush despite it being the end of the day and horrendous traffic. Lewis the fitter arrived on time and was a really affable chap to have in the house, taking my toddler, dog, chaotic house (having recently moved in) and handyman all in his stride. Really kind and lovely. He was quick and had great attention to detail, made little to no mess (and cleared up any bits of wood dust etc) and was also really careful with my floors and where he prepared the product given it was raining. All of them deserve five star plus reviews and I love my final product and just wish you did a wider selection for all my other tricky areas in the house! Huge thanks guys!

Ian Williams arrived exactly on time and done a fabulous job fitting the understair storage. Professional, friendly, great job done would definitely recommend. (108619)

All fitted in less than a day! Very pleased with the end result. Jason who fitted the units was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Neat and tidy worker too. All great!

Generally a very good experience. Everyone did their own bit really well; Jonny the sales guy was very helpful, Neil the surveyor was very nice to deal with and very professional, Daniel the fitter was outstanding and did a fantastic job, the product looks great.

The overall operation felt rather disjointed - installation date was booked before they could get a surveyor out, which they didn't seem to realise until I pointed it out, the installer wasn't told the materials weren't being delivered directly to us (luckily he had the foresight to bring stuff with him just in case), we got sent the payment link before anyone asked if we were even happy with the job - just felt like everyone was doing their best to make it work, rather than a well-oiled machine.

They also didn't do much to finish off the inside of the cupboard. I don't blame the fitter for that, he was there all day and couldn't have done more, I just feel like that's just not part of what they do.

Either way, 4/5 as the end product is great and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

David turned up at the time promised and got on with building my clever closet he was polite extremely funny and grateful for his cups of tea I made him. He finished earlier than he estimated and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make us happy. And he cleared up and made my hallway as clean as when he started. The quality is outstanding. We highly recommend David Franks he has done an amazing job number #107983

Very disappointing customer service and last-minute cancellation

CleverCloset cancelled my 8 am installation on the same morning due to a technical issue with their van, despite me taking time off work specifically for this appointment.

All they offered was an apology, with no meaningful alternative or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Rebooking isn’t easy, as I can’t accommodate installation for next 2 weeks .

Unexpected issues happen, but customers’ time and commitments should be respected. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new storage from Clever Closet that we had fitted today (14/10/2026)

Our fitter, Ian Williams, was brilliant from start to finish. He messaged the evening before to arrange a convenient time for the following morning and arrived as planned.

Ian was extremely polite, friendly and efficient, and made sure everything was left spotless once the work was completed.

Really pleased with both the quality of the storage and the excellent service we received. Would definitely recommend Clever Closet, especially Ian!
