Very happy customer
Having made contact with Hammonds we found their process to be responsive and efficient right through to installation and completion, over a period of 6 weeks. When the surveyor came to confirm the design and measurements made by the sales team member they suggested a slight change to the design which was very satisfactory. The fitter arrived as confirmed the day before fitting day and completed the installation in a very timely manner, completing the work before the end of day one. We were very satisfied with the fitter as he carried out his work in a clean and tidy manner.

The finished job is satisfactory but your fitter used a circular saw within the room which caused an awful mess and dust throughout the flat.
I would not use your company again.

We're very sorry to read about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been. While we're pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the finished furniture, we appreciate that the installation process and the amount of dust created left you feeling unhappy with the overall service.
Fitted furniture installation does involve some cutting and finishing work on site, which can create dust as part of the fitting process. However, we understand your concerns regarding the mess left behind and the impact this had on your home. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and your comments have been noted by the relevant team.
Thank you for your feedback.

Very Disappointing Service
Booked a consultation (Birmingham, Erdington branch) and they cancelled twice in two days 30 mins before someone was due to visit us. Then someone came on the 3rd attempt, took the measurements and promised to send over designs within 48hrs. Now its been 6 days and we've not heard from them. Very disappointed!

Vastaus yritykseltä Hammonds Furniture
We're very sorry to read about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been to have two appointments cancelled at short notice, only to then face further delays in receiving the designs that were promised following your consultation.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Your feedback has been passed to the designer's manager so they can look into what happened with the cancelled appointments and the delay in providing your designs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
