Hajj And Umrah Experts Arvostelua

This is my first time booking through Hajj and Umrah Experts for the last 10 days of Ramadhan 2024. I highly recommend Abbas who was able to price match and beat all quotes I had from other companies. He was always polite and professional. Abbas had great knowledge of which were the better hotels to stay in and we were not disappointed with his choice.

When using a new travel company, you are always hesitant of being scammed especially when they are giving you the better price package and there are mixed reviews online. Abbas always reassured me that they were a genuine company and emailed me in writing the full package breakdown.

We had no issues with our flights or transport or hotel in Madinah.

The only issue we had was with our Makkah Towers hotel. Our voucher provided had the incorrect booking reference number. Whereas the hotel required a confirmation reference beginning with 69xxxxx” (8 digits). As we had an emergency contact number for this company, within minutes we got the issue resolved by whatsapping them. Despite only this small issue, the overall service we received from Hajj And Umrah Experts was great.

I have already recommended Abbas to my friends and will most likely use Abbas again in the future.

Honestly, it was a 5 star service provided by Mr.Ahmed who accommodate my request and travel to Umrah In a comfortable way. It is a highly recommended agency for people interested to do the Umrah. Special thanks to Mr Ahmed well done and thank you for all what you did

My experience with 'Hajj&Umrah Experts' was brilliant. Zia Mustafa managed by package and was very patience, knowledge and helpful in finding the right deal for me and my family.

Will recommend to family and friends.

They had excellent service and the package was good including hotel, flight, transport and visa. We were very happy with their service.

This was our first experience with the company and I must say, we were extremely pleased and happy with the service we received. Mr Abbas who served us, was very professional, helpful, polite and well mannered. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly be using them again.

I am very pleased with the way I was treated throughout my trip by Usman. I had a pleasant trip and all my concerns were dealt with satisfactorily. I highly recommend the agent to anyone looking to book Umrah. Once again thank you very much for your excellent service.

i booked my aunty’s 4 days umrah package during ramadan for 3 days very last minute. we were served by brother Zia and had a brilliant experience. this is the first time we used a company/agent to book something but experience was great. she went on her own despite having health issues the service was excellent and brother Zia was in touch with my aunty through out the journey. we got this deal very cheap and 5 start hotel taxi service, visa tickets everything included in the package. i will definitely use their services in future as well and will recommend it to everyone.

Very good experience every thing went according to plan. Hotels are near by and in very good conditions. Thanks Mr Nouman for great organisition.

I had the privilege of booking my pilgrimage journey (first with the kids) with Hajj and Umrah Experts, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Muhammad Bin Umar, our dedicated agent, went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip was seamless. Muhammad had organized our accommodation which we picked and chose, helped obtain our Umrah visas and provided expert advice, Muhammad’s attention to detail was commendable.
The reassurance that Muhammad and his team were available 24/7 was invaluable. On one occasion, when we faced a minor issue, their prompt assistance resolved it swiftly. Muhammad bin Umar efficiently handled our umrah visas, making the paperwork hassle-free. His guidance on using the Nusuk app was invaluable.
From the moment we initiated contact until our safe return home, Muhammad bin Umar and his team provided top-notch service.

In summary, if you’re planning a pilgrimage to Makkah and Madinah, I highly recommend Hajj and Umrah Experts.
May Allah bless Muhammad bin Umar and the team of Hajj and Umrah Experts for their outstanding service. JazakAllah khair!

Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hajj and Umrah Experts to fellow travellers seeking a memorable pilgrimage.

A big thank you to Mr Nouman for arranging our Umrah journey as per our request, both hotels were just walking distance to both Harams, Makkah and Medina transports were very punctual, I don’t hesitate to recommend Mr Nouman to whoever requires a pleasant Umrah journey, Alhamdhulillah.

Ahmed was brilliant

Usman looked after us very well. Took care of everything, even getting us the rooms next to each other in Makkah by liaising with the hotel. I have since recommended Usman to all my friends, some have booked with him already.

Believe it or in the Feb half term with the door step hotels having asked around we received the best price for our one week away on umrah. What ever I asked for I got - best airline, 5*hotels closest to each masjid, ziyarat*2, coaches to and from airport and each hotel. Biggest reassurance having been told was we are here for u 24/7 and they were. On one occasion I couldn’t get in touch with driver and Aerolinks stepped in and sorted it out they are literally available 24/7 as they say. I highly recommend these guys for all future journeys to Makkah and Madinah. Malika is the best sales person I’ve come across so far. Look forward to booking through them again. Inshallah
