Alhumdulillah Zia Mustafa provided exceptional service from start to end, my husband highly recommends travelling with hajj and Umrah experts. We were kept up to date throughout whole Journey and dealt with queries promptly despite the journey being last minute.

Very attentive and well organised throughout.

My family have used Hajj and Umrah experts a few times now and this was my first Umrah trip planned with them. Service was seamless and even whilst abroad any questions I had were responded to in good timing.

Defiantly reccomend and jhazakhallah Arham for organising for me

Excellent customer service from team especially Zia. He was exceptional and gave us detail guide for our Umrah programme. The selection of hotel for both Mecca and Medinah were spot on. Zia and team we want to say thank you for making our Umrah trip a wonderful one. Inshallah as we start thinking of Hajj we will be back.

Excellent services provided by Nauman.

I really appreciate it for this service for umrah,I did already recommend for someone, and I will do commission for hajj and umrah experts travel agency, specially thanks for brother Numan….thank you for everything.

This was my first experience with the company and I must say, we are very pleased and satisfied with the service we received. Mr Usman and Ms Ghazia who served us, was very professional, helpful, polite and well mannered. They guided us through our the journey from booking all our hotels, transports, visa. Will definitely use them in the

Staying very close to the mosque in makka and madina made my whole umrah trip a success Alhamdulilla. Service received from brother nouman was amazing. He responded to our messages in literally few seconds. Transport was included with a very good price. On the spot transport services with luxurious car made the journey a pleasure. I would highly recommend this umrah agent to anybody who wishes to travel for umrah or hajj. Jazakhallahu kairam brother
Nouman for your amazing service from day one .

Areeba at hajjandumrahexperts was extremely helpful and made our Umrah very easy and stressless by booking the appropriate hotels. She also followed up by email to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We found her service exceptional and can not be Hank her enough for the 5 star service she provided. I intend to definitely book again with her.

My journey with hajj and umrah experts was smooth and professional. My flight, hotel, visa and transportation was all handled by travel agent Isha Noor. She listened to everything i needed and made sure my journey to Saudi Arabia was done correctly. She responded to my queries very well and handled any concerns i encountered perfectly.

Thank you

I had to book very last minute and for very specific dates. I am a regular to Saudi and was born there, but this time, I needed someone to help out rather than on my own.

Most places said it was close to hajj time, so they do not take any more bookings, but I felt a calling and I knew I would go.

Thank you to Zia Mustafa. From start to finish he was really on top of it. He was calm and assured me he will arrange everything. He listened to all my specific requirements which at last minute, changed like a 1000 times! But he always remained calm and stayed with me through the whole process.

Zia managed my visa, hotel and flight within a day and a half of travelling.

I had a lot of trouble with saudi apps etc but Zia made sure everything was done quickly. Finally out there I ran into 1 or 2 issues with hotel and flights being changed by the airline. Zia was always available by WhatsApp and sorted my issues out when I panicked. He even managed to get me the flight I wanted as the airline cut my trip short by a full day, and I was upset.

I would very highly recommend Hajj and Umrah experts. Zia definitely has a lot of knowledge and mostly his polite and calm personality and a very can-do attitude, which ensured I had an excellent umrah and trip!

Thank you!

Booking with Eman was very easy and straightforward. She was helpful and reliable and we got very nice hotels in both Makkah and Medina for a reasonable price.

She addressed any of my concerns and was always available when I needed reassurance.

Will recommend this agent for future bookings.

Very well organised
Good price
Both hotels were very near to Haram
And neat and clean and peaceful
Good value for money
Will recommend

Thank you Abbas.

Isha was very helpful in booking the trip and transport between Makkah and Medina and answering any questions I had. Made the trip much easier, especially I was a solo traveller.

I am writing to you once privately for this agency, and I have the last letter from them. My money is from Al-Shorouk, and I have proof of the same. I am careful not to deal with the young man, whose name is Zain Al-Kabir, and Ahmed Riad, the manager. I spoke to them over and over again, but as I mentioned before, they evade me from their work because they know that they have wronged me, and this is how it is. Guide
