Great fire for my media wall, slightly slow delivery which was changed 3 times, however fire arrived well packed and ready to go.

Brought a Ezee glow grand Zara electric fire and recess fitted it in a hand made wooden fire place with cupboards either side.
It looks absolutely amazing and really makes a statement as you enter the room

Good at taking your money extremely bad on after sales care

You need to drastically improve after sale's care as this is clearly the weakest part of your business

A bit of a wait but good communication. The result is fabulous and the fire itself is amazing quality. As two retirees we weren’t the fastest but with a bit of extra muscle from our son, we got there. Would recommend gr8 fires.

The girls from customer service were excellent to talk to. It was so easy to get through. My fireplace was delivered at the correct date, I was kept up to date at every step of the process.
It was delivered by 2 guys who were very polite and helpful.

I can't comment on the actual fireplace as it getting assembled this week. But happy customer so far.
