I purchased 50" celestial media wall, managed to assemble easily on my own, needs 2 people to assemble both parts, very happy with results, can be painted but i left it primed, customer service was fantastic, highly recommend GR8 Fires.

Absolutely love the fire, but the whole process of buying this wonderful, extremely good value for money fire, has been first rate.
An invoice telling you when to expect to delivery and phone numbers to ring should that not happen.

All communication was great price was Great the only thing wrong was DX delivery would not answer the phone took 3 times to get the fire nothing to doo with G8 Fires 👍

They use a terrible courier company, took weeks to deliver, then when it was supposed to be delivered they didn't drop it off after saying they would, then they rescheduled twice more adding more weeks to the delivery, had to cancel yesterday and still waiting for a refund

Love our fire and it looks lovely but unfortunately the stepper motor broke which caused a clicking noise. This is a real headache to change. I was told it was just under the fire bed but found out today it was on the back of the fire which is recessed and was a nightmare to locate. Full fire needed stripping. Customer service was good and helpful but did get told different things by different people. Beautiful fire until there's a problem!!
