Roisin carried out a Level 2 survey on the property I am purchasing and I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of both the inspection and the report.

The report was detailed, clear and well structured, with plenty of photographs and useful explanations of the issues identified. It gave me a much better understanding of the condition of the property and what needed further investigation before proceeding.

I also really appreciated the level of care taken throughout the survey. Nothing felt rushed or superficial, and the report gave me confidence that the property had been assessed properly.
