If I could, I would give negative stars. As many others have already written, they bombarded us with updates about shipping and production, but now it's gone completely silent. I ordered a zip hoodie in October 2025. It's been more than a year at this point. More than a year for a zip hoodie? No serious brand would be OK with something like this, but I guess this shop is different; they just don't seem to care. I still haven't received anything, they won't give me my money back, and they aren't answering any questions about product updates or the location of my product.
So let's just say: This shop is unprofessional, expensive, untrustworthy and very dubious. If I could go back in time, I would never have ordered from this shop.
They leave you completely in the dark, without money or a product — it's crazy. I will update this as soon as I receive the product and rate its quality in comparison to waiting for it for a year. It won't get any better, I guess.

I ordered a yellow zero hoodie in july 2025 for about €100 (including shipping) and it's been exactly 3months (since july 2026) that i've received any mail update about my order. One year and 3 months after ordering, as it stands it's a scam.
(the only reason the Trustpilot score isn't complete garbage is because they apparently sometimes have a stall at events where they sell goods)

Expérience déplorable. Délai d'expédition de près d'un an, suivi inexistant et service client inutile qui refuse tout remboursement. J'ai également dû régler 35 € de taxes d'importation imprévues en plus de la commande. Fuyez ce site, c'est une pure perte de temps et d'argent.

il vous envoie des messages tous les mois pour leur soi-disant avancement de commande arrivé à votre numéro plus rien plus de nouvelles.

I am writing this as a very disappointed parent.

I placed an order for a hoodie for my son on September 3rd, 2025, and I am still waiting for it.

I understand that pre-orders can take longer than regular orders. However, when I placed my order, I did not understand that the process could potentially take close to a year or even longer. Had that timeframe been clearly communicated, I would have reconsidered making the purchase.

After waiting this long, the situation becomes particularly frustrating when the item is clothing. A teenager can change sizes within a year, interests can change, and an anime-themed item may no longer have the same relevance after such a long period.

I can also see other customers reporting order numbers well over #1800 and saying that they are still waiting. This makes me concerned that my experience is not an isolated case.

I am sharing my experience so that potential customers can make an informed decision about the possible waiting times and communication they may experience when placing a pre-order.

After waiting for a year, I believe customers deserve clear communication, realistic timelines, and a proper resolution when orders remain unfulfilled.

Every time customers ask for answers, there seems to be a new explanation for why the orders still haven’t been shipped. There is always another reason, another promise, and another update saying that “things are being worked on.” But after all this time, the facts are simple: many of us are still waiting, and there is no meaningful result.

From time to time, a customer says they received their order. Of course, we are happy for anyone who finally received what they paid for. But a few individual deliveries cannot prove that the problem is actually being resolved when so many customers are still waiting.

Sometimes these posts simply give us a little more hope that maybe our order will finally be next. But we cannot keep living on hope and new promises indefinitely.

We are not fools. We have not forgotten our orders, and we are not willing to be treated as if it is normal for a customer to pay for a product and then wait for years without a concrete solution.

We paid for our orders, and we have every right to expect them to be delivered.

Enough explanations. Enough promises. It is time for actual results.

Ordered the Hero of H hoodie quite a while ago when i saw a tiktok about it, just received it and I love it, size was nice, i ordered it with the keychain and to my surprise it also came with a pair of earrings which was a surprising bonus. Overall great :D

I have waited 9-10 months for my Zero Drop 2 hoodie to be delivered to Germany. The quality is not as good as I expected. It's really heavy, but it smells like glue. In general, it's okay, but I expected more for this price and based on my expectations.

Plz don't fall for the scam
I ordered in September 2025 and my hoodie never arrived. I tried reaching out in emails but didn't get a response even though in previous emails they said to message them and respond with my order number and why. I'm still getting updates from them but there way past my order number in the packing. I haven't received tracking or an response. It's not worth the money and the waiting.

They had shipping delays for 8 months. But from the get go they said it was a pre order and would take a few months. And they gave constant updates. The hoodie is very high quality.

Do not trust the recent positive reviews. Shortly after Goni appeared at Comic Con, there was a sudden wave of positive reviews, while many surrounding reviews continue to be from customers asking about missing orders, refunds, and lack of communication.

In my experience, I have been waiting over 8 months for my order. I have repeatedly contacted customer service and requested a refund, but I continue to receive the same generic response and have not received a resolution.

If you check their Instagram posts, many of the comments are from customers asking about delayed orders, missing packages, or responses from support. The company was also previously available on Shop before being removed.

After waiting more than 8 months without receiving my order or a refund, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution.
