GONG Galaxy Arvostelua 

Ich habe bei Gong zwei Testschirme mit 30 Tagen Rückgabe geordert und komplett bezahlt. Nachdem ich die Schirme innerhalb der 30-Tagefrist zurück gesendet habe wurde mir nach mehrfachem Schriftwechsel nur ein Schirm erstattet. Und dann nicht mal die volle Summe. Leider habe ich, selbst nach mehrere Mails an verschiedene Mail-Adressen von Gong, bisher keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Ich rate JEDEM davon ab, irgendetwas dort zu kaufen!!!! Sobald es um Rückerstattung geht, meldet sich niemand mehr!!!

Sehr guter Kundenservice von Gaspard, sogar an einem Sonntag, als ich im Bestellvorgang steckenblieb. Kurze Reaktionszeit, grosses Engagement für den Kunden. Eine sehr positive Kundenerfahrung!

Sono rimasto davvero molto contento della qualità dei prodotti acquistati su Gong Galaxy, ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stato lo straordinario servizio post-vendita.

In particolare, sono stato assistito da Cyril, che si è rivelato un professionista eccezionale. È stato super gentile, rassicurante e ha saputo trovare una soluzione davvero perfetta per le mie esigenze. In un mercato dove spesso il cliente viene dimenticato dopo l'acquisto, trovare un'assistenza così attenta e calorosa è una rarità.

Ho acquistato, al prezzo di € 8,07, il file midi "Incident at Neshabur" di Santana è ho ricevuto un pessimo prodotto, nel quale mancano le percussioni e gli altri strumenti sono davvero riprodotti malissimo. Sul web si trovano gratuitamente versioni migliori. Una grande delusione. Non acquisterò mai più da questo sito e lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Comprei 3 pranchas de surf, chegaram rapidamente sem problemas e em estado impecável. As pranchas têm muito bom aspecto e boa qualidade de construção e acabamento. Uma delas não trazia as quilhas, situação que foi imediatamente resolvida pelo serviço de apoio ao cliente. Tenho que elogiar a prontidão e simpatia do Gaspard, que me respondeu na hora a um sábado e resolveu logo a situação. Serviço de acompanhamento pós venda de luxo! Recomendo totalmente a Gong!

Gong’s customer support is top tier. Usually get back to me same day if not, the next in the morning. They changed their shipping policy so i didn’t get charged crazy fees at the boarder for shipping. Highly recommend!

Shipping prices to Greece around summer are going up without a reason.

I placed an order knowing that it was the busiest time of year for Gong. I emailed to check the progress of the order and got an immediate reply, on a Sunday!

I have always found Gong customer service to be excellent.

Five stars isn't enough for the incredible support I received from Louise. Shipping gear internationally can sometimes hit a snag, and when U.S. Customs threw a curveball with the invoice documentation, Louise stepped in immediately. She was proactive, responsive, and incredibly flexible, even jumping through hoops to make sure the paperwork was exactly what they needed to clear the packages. Thanks to her quick action and great communication, my orders arrived safely. Louise is the absolute greatest and GONG's customer service is top-notch. Can’t wait to get out for a session! 🤙

Al 15 jaar gebruik ik Gong SUP’s, maar afgelopen december heb ik m door een ongeluk gebroken. Nieuwe besteld bij gong maar helaas na 3 maanden bleek de verf niet goed gehecht op het carbon. Gong heeft zonder problemen een vervanging gestuurd. Helaas was de vervanger in transport beschadigd geraakt (bedankt GLS), maar ook nu kreeg ik snel weer een nieuwe opgestuurd met een andere vervoerder. Deze kwam zonder schade aan, tijd om het water op te gaan!

Ook bedankt Olivier voor het geduld, ik was soms wat gefrustreerd omdat ik mooie dagen op het water moest missen.

Planche commandée et livrée 5 j plus tard mais totalement cassée par le transporteur ... le lendemain Olivier prenait personnellement contact avec moi pour me rassurer et gérer l'envoi d'une nouvelle planche aussitôt.

The customer service was very helpful and kind to answer my questions. The delivery was fast and straight forward. The products are very good quality. The cost of the products is much lower than any other good quality brand. Why should I buy from anywhere else?

Une commande compliquée car habitant à la Réunion il a fallu pas mal de manip de la part de Louise de Gong pour permettre cette commande. Cela m'a permis d'optimiser les frais de douane et de ports. On y a passé plusieurs jours avant de trouver la meilleure solution et Louise a été d'une très très grande aide !! Je remercie également Martin qui m'a très bien conseillé pour le choix du matériel le plus adapté à mon cas.
Bref super expérience utilisateur pour l'achat, j'attends avec impatience de voir le matos maintenant ;-)) !!

Extrem hohe Zollrechnugen

Gong Galaxy verwendet einen Transprotanbieter, welche extreme hohe Zollgebühren verlang 3x mehr als die reine MWst. und auch fast erpresserische Maschen anwendet um das Geld zu bekommen Ich rate davon ab Ware ins Ausland zu bestellen!

J’ai eu un problème sur une voile ancienne. Un technicien a fait rapidement des recherche et m’a transmis les liens pour faire l’achat. Commande faite le colis m’est parvenu lui aussi rapidement. Bravo à l’équipe.
