Out of this galaxy
Really.. I can ONLY give 5 stars… they deserve at least 10. The product is out of this world.. but there service.. is out if this universe. Example: I placed an order, but forgot a few items, wrote costumer service, wich but the way wa suuuper simpel, scroll down, find the suitable subject, type the issue/question, and boom… 10min later - even at night time. But I wrote about the items I forgot, 10min later they replied, with an email, new order with push-play check out, and boom.. it was added to my order…. Really.. out of this galaxy 😜🤙 I can surely but truely recommend Gong-galaxy 👍😉

He tenido un altercado con un ala delantera nueva debido realizar saltos con ella. A pesar de no estar en garantía gong me ofreció un muy buen descuento para mejorar mi equipamiento a uno de carbono. Servicio excelente.

Ho acquistato una tavola e poi durante utilizzo ha avuto necessità di sostituzione in garanzia, il servizio clienti è stato ECCEZZIONALE! Non appena ho consegnato il reso all’ufficio postale, ho inviato la prova e mi hanno fatto il buono con cui, ho poi acquistato una tavola di litraggio inferiore e me l’hanno spedita il giorno stesso.

I received my new Gong Fluid foil, but the supplied mast screws were unfortunately too short for my setup. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly. After confirming my address details, they immediately arranged to send the correct screws.
Gong handled the issue professionally, quickly, and without any hassle.

Still happy but not if you are planning a trip to Indonesia and you must wait 14 days from France to Spain ..

J’avais malheureusement laissé ma planche( GONG | Wing Foil Board Zuma Wood 2X) au soleil dans sa housse, et elle s’est gondolée au point de devenir inutilisable. Super SAV : Martin et Olivier ont trouvé une solution pour la faire réparer à moindre coût, puis l’ont prise en dépôt-vente. Communication irréprochable tout au long du processus. Grâce à eux, j’ai pu m’offrir une planche neuve sans me ruiner.

Je laisse rarement des avis, mais celui-ci est mérité.
J'ai récemment eu besoin du SAV Gong suite à un problème matériel. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité des échanges, le sérieux du suivi et la volonté de trouver une solution.
Du début à la fin, j'ai eu affaire à des personnes réactives et impliquées, ce qui devient suffisamment rare pour être souligné.
Je ne suis pas du genre à distribuer facilement des étoiles ou à laisser des avis, mais sur ce coup-là, les cinq étoiles sont largement méritées.
Bonnes sessions à toute l'équipe !
