Equipe très réactive, lorsqu'un problème de livraison, INDEPENDANT de leur volonté, est survenu. Ils ont tout fait pour me satisfaire. Du professionnalisme à l'état pur. (Et bien sûr, leur matériel est de très bonne qualité, mais on le sait déjà).

Il sup è arrivato con ritardo, ma il servizio clienti è stato cortese rimborsandomi le spese di spedizioni. Il pacco è arrivato completo di tutto. Non mi resta che provarlo.

I bought myself a kite surfboard from Gong French company to learn from scratch and I found the description of the products very detailed. My board is
GONG | Kiteboard Matata FSP 2X 4.11ft and I am ex-surfer so in the beginning I doubted that the shape of the board was anything I had experienced before. But my first day showed the board exactly as described - very buoyant, easy to get up and learn. The delivery took 9 days and the packing was proper. I contacted the support about the delivery and I got fast reply addressing my enquiry. I plan to buy more products from Gong. Good customer support and the product is excellent!

It's not my habitude to buy boards online; I've only done it a few times in my life, but in this case I have to say it was the best online shopping experience I've ever had. The whole team gave me support, help and kindness. Shipping was super fast i had my board from France to Italy less than 48 hours after making the payment. The best! Thank you

Mit meinen älteren roten GONG-Boards mit verstärkter Rail war ich sehr zufrieden. Eines davon hat rund zehn Jahre und zahlreiche Fahrten problemlos überstanden.

Das neuere Modell ist dagegen bereits nach etwa fünf Jahren und lediglich ungefähr fünf Einsätzen plötzlich an der Verklebung aufgeplatzt und regelrecht explodiert. Zum Glück wurde niemand verletzt. Dennoch ist ein solches Versagen aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel und hat mein Vertrauen in die Haltbarkeit deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Die Fahreigenschaften waren zwar gut, bei so geringer Nutzung hätte ich aber eine wesentlich längere Lebensdauer erwartet. Deshalb vergebe ich nur zwei Sterne. Hier stimmen Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht mehr überein.

Really.. I can ONLY give 5 stars… they deserve at least 10. The product is out of this world.. but there service.. is out if this universe. Example: I placed an order, but forgot a few items, wrote costumer service, wich but the way wa suuuper simpel, scroll down, find the suitable subject, type the issue/question, and boom… 10min later - even at night time. But I wrote about the items I forgot, 10min later they replied, with an email, new order with push-play check out, and boom.. it was added to my order…. Really.. out of this galaxy 😜🤙 I can surely but truely recommend Gong-galaxy 👍😉

He tenido un altercado con un ala delantera nueva debido realizar saltos con ella. A pesar de no estar en garantía gong me ofreció un muy buen descuento para mejorar mi equipamiento a uno de carbono. Servicio excelente.
