I was able to obtain assistance by using the GoldMoney Chat Support to help update my banking information and initiate a successful sale of gold from my holding and withdrawal of funds in 2-3 days. The process is straight forward and the support is helpful.

Picky verification..
My account has been locked for 2 years now because of thier picky verification requirments. I have sent them my driver's license, my utility bill, my tax bill and insurance documents; but because of slight discrepancies between the documents names and addresses they refuse me access to my assets.

As a highly regulated business Goldmoney does have very strict parameters for the KYC (Know Your Client) documents that we can accept, and this can be restricting for some clients. This is certainly not meant as an inconvenience but we do understand that it can be frustrating and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Quality communication with Relationship Manager, and more.
At several occasions I was in contact with the Goldmoney Relationship Manager. Swift and clear communication, every time, meeting expectations in all cases. Also the banking team managed to provide detailed information from historical transactions dating more than 15 years ago. Information I was unable to retrieve from my own bank. Honestly I was impressed.
