Well I loved the jewelry but all the buy one get one free on the website did not offer the BOGO why? If its advertising and you sent me a code to get the BOGO and dont offer it when you finalize the payment then is this how we doing business?

Great Customer Service
I had ordered a chain and bracelet as a gift. I didn’t give the gift until after the return/exchange period. GLD team did an amazing job of providing me excellent customer service and getting me the right size, even after the return/exchange period. And, we had ordered the wrong size over and over again, each time they provided help and made sure I received the right size. They were respectful, helpful, and overall cared about my experience with them! Not only that, but I was sent a free chain as a compensation for my troubles. I couldn’t be more grateful. I will be shopping and purchasing from here again!
