Great Product and Smooth Experience
I had a positive experience with GLD overall. The ordering process was easy, shipping was on time, and the product looked as advertised. I was pleased with the style and presentation, and it met most of my expectations. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there is still some room for improvement, whether in product quality, pricing, or customer communication.

Product was fine as this was a repurchase. The only issue I had was I made an exchange for a cheaper product and I was giving the difference in store credit and I wish I would’ve been able to receive a refund for the difference. Or even just given the option to add more to the exchange order bc now I have a small amount in store credit and it won’t get used, especially because the shipping will cost half of the credit issued.

Well I loved the jewelry but all the buy one get one free on the website did not offer the BOGO why? If its advertising and you sent me a code to get the BOGO and dont offer it when you finalize the payment then is this how we doing business?
