Where to even start?
This company is nightmare as evidenced by any research you do online.
I placed an order online, and then tried to cancel it because I realized I'd made a mistake on the item. First of all, there's no telephone number which says a lot. Emails one after the other were ignored. It is impossible to contact these people.
The item was shipped two months later. They said that I could return it, and then change their mind after I shipped it.
They kept both my money in the item for a long time. No response from repeated request.
Finally, I was able to get the credit card company to reverse the charges.

If zero stars was an option I would leave zero stars. I hate leaving negative feedback for companies because I know it affects business but this is warranted and I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by these HarlemBling crooks. I ordered a watch in December 2025 and they sent the wrong watch. I returned the watch and they sent the same wrong watch again. I sent that watch back also and by now the watch I ordered was out of stock so they said they would refund me. I got a refund email confirmation and a refund cancelation email right after so I asked about it and they didn't say anything but sent another refund confirmation email. It has been over a month since they were supposed to refund me and I have not been refunded so I have no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card. Also if you're wondering why this has been going on since December it is because Harlem Bling does not respond to most of my emails and when they so it takes weeks and they don't have a contact phone number.

The guy is a real life scam artist, ask me to remove my review and he would handle the problem, not only that I only had an hour to do so or I was removed as a customer. So I did and he removed me as a customer anyway so I couldn’t make another review on his site. So I can see how his reviews are sweet looking by this should be illegal strategy. My jewelry never arrived they said it was my problem to handle shipping even though they are the shipper. Wreckless company, incompetent company because of the owner. I’m gonna be on YouTube about this he’s on every other ad on YouTube and the people sponsor him is wild behavior or it might be because they don’t know what he does to some of his customers.

Order a certain link but a different variant of that link was sent and the so called professional jeweller saw no issue with that. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I was sold fake moissanite. It took time to notice the item wasn't authentic. I reached out multiple times to the Company and they refuse to even respond.
They have a "Authenticity Guarantee" policy assuring their products, but they refuse to stand by it.

Last week on March 5th I ordered 2 chains from this company with an extra $47.10 payment for priority shipping that the website estimated would get the package to me in just 2 days, Saturday March 7th.

After 5 days passed (3 full business days) after I had placed my order, Not only had I not received the package, at this point I was still waiting on the shipping/tracking information.

Trying to be patient and give them some grace, I spent the 5 days attempting to get in contact with their team, using the ai chatbot and the contact email

I sent emails asking for explanations, updates, and clarification but being that I never received a single response email, my 'update' emails turned into 'refund request' emails. But by the end of the 5th day with no response from the business, I knew it was time to go to the bank and order a charge back.

This is the part where Harlem Bling goes from shiny to shady in a matter of moments.

10 minutes after I ordered a chargeback on Harlembling with my bank, I finally received my first response from Harlembling throughout this entire process.

"Your card details were declined" . . . Declined 5 days Later? Sorry . . declined 3 full business days later? After taking my money and holding onto it for 5 days? Even after sending me a confirmation email and receipt saying my order was "Confirmed"? Riiiiiiiiiight.

But instead of, idk, communicating and informing me of potential delays, hiccups, problematic billing info, etc. they waited until I ordered the charge back before they ever considered responding. And when they did, it wasn't out of duty, responsibility or basic human decency. But rather, it was their last minute attempt to save themselves from any sort chargeback fees and absolve themselves from any wrongdoing in the eyes of the banks and payment processors.

It's really just unfortunate. I was really looking forward to receiving my package - hence my willingness to pay the ridiculous $50 shipping cost. Their chains looked great, had great reviews, and were probably very high quality. But due to their failure to communicate and failure to show any sort haste when processing or shipping the order they not only lost my business forever, they lost all potential referrals, recommendations, shoutouts, and praise for the rest of my life. Moving forward, I tell my closest friends and those who I barely everyone I know to avoid Harlem Bling at all costs and go elsewhere -unless of course . . . you enjoy waiting.

This is my second review for Harlem plain it's now March 4th and I still haven't heard anything back from this business about my store credit or my refund I usually don't post bad reviews but when you're getting ignored and nothing to do about spending $500 it leaves me no choice be careful doing business with Harlem Lane Make sure you got all eyes and cross all t's and even that don't help because I did that my only chance is to write another review to hopefully someone from the business will get back to me. It's A shame this supposed to be a lucrative business and about the customer clearly I'm getting ignored. I will continue to write reviews till someone from the company gets in touch with me. I have a keen eye for quality and can attest that Harlem Bling really does sell exceptional necklace chains. They manufacture their own, right in Italy. I have both wheat chains and Francos from HB, and they are the best chains I own. Heavy weight for their size, strong attachment points, good clasps, beautiful sheen.

Also, Harlem Bling’s loose moissanites are exquisite! The 1.5-carat and the 3-carat stones I bought there have better brilliance and scintillation than the more expensive stone I purchased from Moissanite Co.

I don’t own much jewelry, but I like to keep a few good pieces. Not only is HB’s quality impressive, but their prices are, too.

Bought the sandblasted Jesus pendant in silver with moissanite. I'm convinced Jesus himself would've worn this if it was around in his day. Absolutely stunning piece and the detail is incredible. The price was reasonable and the value is off the charts. I wear it every single day with a 5mm silver rope chain. Get yourself something from HB and you'll be back for more!
