Great Customer Service

I had ordered a chain and bracelet as a gift. I didn’t give the gift until after the return/exchange period. GLD team did an amazing job of providing me excellent customer service and getting me the right size, even after the return/exchange period. And, we had ordered the wrong size over and over again, each time they provided help and made sure I received the right size. They were respectful, helpful, and overall cared about my experience with them! Not only that, but I was sent a free chain as a compensation for my troubles. I couldn’t be more grateful. I will be shopping and purchasing from here again!

Great customer service!!!

Had a minor issue with an order. Chat answered very quickly and issue resolved immediately. Customer service rep Amanda handled it quickly and explained how it would be taken care of and it was.

They are amazing

They are amazing. Quality is untouchable. I ordered gold vermeil chain and pendant. I hated the first one I got. The exchange process was top tier. I am very happy!

Broken clasp

The quality of the chain is excellent- mostly. I only wear my chains on special occasions, and today was the second time I put it on since buying it, and the clasp broke within three hours of putting it on. All I did today was drive between three locations with no strenuous activity.
