Confusing and disappointing experience
Confusing and disappointing online shopping experience. 1) Sizing was confusing. The conversion from Italian sizes to Japanese sizes is inconsistent to US sizes. 2) Payment was denied when using Apple Pay and entering actual credit, tried multiple times and eventually only PayPal worked. 3) The order did not come gift wrapped with the gift message specified on my order. Extremely disappointing. When reported through customer service, nothing was done to make up for this error. They refused to just send a simple gift message on a separate shipment to make it right. And, after a couple email exchanges, customer service stopped responding. Definitely not a luxury brand experience. The shoes were well made, but because of the horrible online shopping process, will not buy again.

This hast yet been delivered I’m trying to contact the supplier and nobody has responded to me , the delivery is saying it’s on hold I was not informed of the delivery date albeit aparantley it was tried 3 times and now I’ve had a message saying I want to return !!! And now a message thanking me for my recent purchase overall so far dreadful experience

Actually we are awaiting for Giuseppe x Anson Lo - an exclusive capsule collection launch date. A good friend of mine assisted me to request items on waiting list, an excellent SA service at Harbour City Hong Kong shop. Yesterday we noticed the mentioned collection listed online, we can’t wait to review and wanted to online purchase it. Even the items not ready for purchase but head office SA called back.
