Buying from them was straight forward and paying for delivering, unfortunately the slipper i bought the sole design was too wide and i returned it. The return process was okay too but they should have more options for return label like drop off shop phone scan ( amazon type ).

Phantastic shoes / bad UX
The shoes are beautiful, and even though I had to exchange them for a larger size, the entire process went smoothly and very quickly.
However, you should consider improving your customer communication regarding delivery tracking. I was informed that the parcel was on its way, but I was not provided with a tracking number. After waiting for several days, I checked the status myself on your website and discovered that the parcel had already been waiting for me at a UPS Access Point for three days. I received no email or other notification about this - and once again, no tracking number was provided. What a pity!

Expérience décevante
Expérience décevante, notamment concernant les délais de remboursement
Je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon expérience avec Giuseppe Zanotti Outlet, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des commandes et des remboursements.
Pour l’expédition de ma commande, j’ai dû effectuer plusieurs relances avant que celle-ci soit finalement traitée. Plus problématique encore, concernant mon remboursement, on m’indique depuis maintenant deux semaines qu’il aurait été effectué, alors que je n’ai toujours rien reçu sur mon compte.
Malgré mes relances, on me répond que la situation va être prise en charge, mais à ce jour, aucun remboursement n’apparaît. Cette situation est particulièrement frustrante, car ces délais me font perdre de l’argent alors que le remboursement est, selon eux, déjà effectué.
Je trouve regrettable de devoir multiplier les relances pour obtenir simplement le traitement normal d’une commande et d’un remboursement. J’espère que Giuseppe Zanotti Outlet améliorera rapidement le suivi de ses commandes et surtout la gestion des remboursements.
