Only fair to edit my bad review and update that it was in fact my f#^*k up that caused the problem, I spelt my email wrong. They replied this morning and sorted it all out. Shoes on way no drama. If I had a trust pilot they’d prob give me 1 star. I’m happy
Placed an order and paid using their Apple Pay option, the money was taken and then it immediately said my cart was empty and no order had been placed?!! I have a screen grab saying Apple Pay had been successful, my bank shows the money has been payed & now it won’t recognise my email address or let me log in or reset my password

Formal Complaint Regarding Order #3000027734 and Mishandled Delivery
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order, #3000027734, placed on 01/07/2025.
I specifically instructed DHL to leave the parcel in a safe place — “drop it into my garden over the wall” — and also provided my mobile number for contact in case of any delivery issues.
However, the item was delivered on 02/07/2025, and despite these clear instructions, DHL left the parcel on the wall outside my property. No attempt was made to ring my doorbell or contact me by phone. A proof of delivery photo was provided, but it clearly shows that the item was not placed in the designated safe location.
I contacted Giuseppe Zanotti customer service on the day of delivery and submitted supporting photos of my flat to assist in the investigation. After waiting 10 days, I was disappointed to learn that my claim was rejected on the grounds that the item was delivered to my address.
I must express my dissatisfaction with this outcome. The item being left on the wall — rather than securely inside my property as instructed — amounts to negligence on the part of the courier. The parcel was clearly vulnerable and likely stolen, and I believe my claim has not been handled with the diligence and care expected from a prestigious brand like Giuseppe Zanotti.
I respectfully request that this case be reopened for further investigation, as the delivery instructions were not followed, and the item was not safely delivered. I am prepared to escalate this issue, including filing a police report, but I would prefer to resolve this directly with your team first.
I trust that Giuseppe Zanotti, known for its commitment to excellence, will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide an appropriate resolution.

GZ sneakers are still top-quality
I know that GZ is a luxury brand and it is expensive but through all these years it was the relief to my feet. I think I will keep buying it because I always get the quality for that price and I have no regrets, plus all of my friends always ask me where did I get those sneakers :)
