Schuhe Bestellt- schnell angekommen. Riesenfreude aber auch Entäuschung.
1.Erste Entäuschung- beim Reißwerschluss recht, schlecht verarbeitetes Ledr und dadurch lässt sich der Schuh nicht schliesen. Nicht getragen!, nur anprobiert in Umkleidezimmer.
2.Zweite Entäuschung : sofort reagiert mit Foto, Schachtel, Ettiket usw. Das war verlangt von mir beim ersten Kontakt. Und? Nichts passiert danach, keiner meldet sich mehr, es wird alles ignoriert- von Emails bis Chat. Keine Hilfe keine Unterstützung ,keine Antwort. Da erwartet man mehr- jetzt muss Konsumentenschutz ran leider.

Great customer service support
The online ordering process was easy and simple. I was notified right when the item was shipped, but was not able to track my order through the website. When I called the Customer Service team they were extremely kind, understanding and helpful. They gave me all of my tracking information over the phone and followed up by email with everything I needed, including the direct link to tracking.

Keine Antwort auf Reklamation
11.08.25 Die bestellten Schuhe sind optisch sehr schön und gefallen mir sehr gut. Leider hatten sie bereits bei der Lieferung einige verschmutzte Stellen. Ich habe den Mangel zuerst über den Online-Chat gemeldet, dort konnte mir aber nicht weitergeholfen werden. Anschließend habe ich mich per E-Mail an den Kundenservice gewandt – seit einer Woche habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Heute habe ich deshalb eine zweite E-Mail geschickt. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Umgang der Reklamation unzufrieden.
Nachtrag 20.08.25:
Vielen Dank für die Antwort von Giuseppe Zanotti. Es stimmt, dass die Schuhe bereits getragen wurden, bevor ich den Mangel gemeldet habe. Der Grund dafür: Es war ein Geschenk, und wir wollten dem Beschenkten die Freude nicht nehmen. Uns war bewusst, dass es sich um empfindliche Stoffschuhe handelt, die beim Tragen leicht verschmutzen. Genau deshalb habe ich direkt beim Auspacken Fotos mit Datum gemacht, um zu dokumentieren, dass die verschmutzten Stellen bereits bei Lieferung vorhanden waren.
Was ich allerdings krass finde: Auf meine zwei E-Mails habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten – gemeldet wurde sich erst, nachdem ich hier eine Bewertung geschrieben habe. Mein Anliegen ist nicht, dass Schuhe niemals Gebrauchsspuren bekommen – sondern dass man bei einem Kaufpreis von 385 € saubere und einwandfreie Ware erwarten darf!

I ordered the Guiseppe Zanotti Frannie high thigh high boots for my girlfriend as it was her birthday. These are the same thigh high boots that Taylor Swift has. My girlfriend loves them. Obviously, Guiseppe Zanotti boots are not cheap but my girlfriend has worn them several times. She really likes the quality. They are also comfortable enough to wear for hours when we go out.
