Sono tornata nella boutique di Roma dopo qualche tempo per ordinare un paio di stivali che compro da almeno una quindicina d’anni, sempre lo stesso modello. L’esperienza di Adriano, il Responsabile, è la sua professionalità, mi hanno dato modo di effettuare la scelta più corretta, anche in relazione al cambiamento dei modelli. E’ importante che il personale crei una fiducia nei clienti che perdura nel tempo e con le mutate esigenze delle stile. Complimenti ad Adriano ed a tutto lo staff. Una cliente affezionata.

Abysmal quality for premium prices
Abysmal quality for premium prices. T shirt that was RRP £225 was damaged the first time I ironed it. Customer Services did not want to refund as it was ‘due to excessive heat’ - however this has never happened to any other t shirt I have owned (it is quite normal t shirts aren’t damaged as soon as the iron touches them). Save your money and spend it with a better quality brand
