I bought 2 pairs of the incredibly cool stylish Zanotti black leather moto boots with patent toe and thick leather soles. Figured I would wear out the first and then move to the second pair. The squeak with each step is incredibly loud you can hear me coming from rooms away. I returned one of the pairs to Bergdorfs within days, then tried calling and emailing Zanotti customer service who were useless. "I'm sorry for your inconvenience but as you bought from a third party, please consult them to exchange or return." Not suggesting I do something to the rubber soles or that the squeak would go away after wearing for a few days. For $850 plus tax, I will return the 2nd pair and stay away from this brand in the future.

After experiencing a problem after receiving my order and wearing the shoes for less than 2 hours I immediately contacted Giuseppe Zanotti customer service where indicated on the website addressing the problem 5 days ago and to date Friday June 29th, I have not heard anything not even an auto reply acknowledging the email was received and that was last Thursday when I initially sent it thru email June 18, 2026 and that is poor customer service especially with the result which I tried my best to be exact ...Furthermore on Tuesday June 23rd, I was indirectly forced to see a professional foot doctor due to the two big blisters which resulted in a minor infection (see report from the professional attached)...So I have incurred an additional 325.00 fee awaiting to see what my medical insurance compay will compensate and to add I have to do a follow up due to the minor infection. Not only a financial cost but my time is worth something as well and not to even a follow up email is POOR IF NOT TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not expect n or did I ask for any financial compensation..my initial email was to state the facts as to the design of this particular shoe and to request the exception to your return policy and return these shoes back and purchase a different item but it appears both my email and any requests are being pushed aside at this point in tim,e. I do hope this communication catches someones eye and a serious follow up happens sooner than later..Appreciated response awaits Lynn Paley

If I had to define Giuseppe Zanotti in one word, it would be refined drama — a brand for those who are not afraid to be noticed, who love visual luxury, and who are willing to pay for detail, spectacular aesthetics, and Italian renown. Thank you.

My first experience with GZ was extremely disappointing and far below the standards, one would expect from a luxury retailer.

My initial order was cancelled without my consent, yet I was still charged for it. I sent multiple emails and attempted to contact the Digital Team through live chat to report the issue and request a refund, but received no response.

After waiting a week, I finally called customer service. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with showed little sense of urgency, simply indicating that she would look into the matter and follow up by email sometime the following week.

At no point was an apology offered, nor was any goodwill gesture extended. I was also given no clear timeline regarding my refund.

Overall, this was a very poor customer experience. There is a well-known saying: “Take care of your customers, and your customers will take care of you.” Based on this experience, I would encourage GZ to reflect on that principle and place greater emphasis on customer service and accountability.

I didn't recive my package yet. It said it was delivered but I have yet to receive them. The shoes was for my son's prom

The strap that holds the shoe in place is too big around my ankle but I’m going to just add a hole to it on my own. Other then that I love these heels & the design is gorgeous :)
