Failed to let me know my order was cancelled as the shoe was not in stock?? Why advertise a shoe that u do not sell anymore on ur website. Furthermore failed to provide me a refund in the relevant time frame they gave. Still have not received one. Communication is absolutely terrible.

It was the worst experience I ever had with a merchant. I never received my product. It was sent back if I wanted to rep purchase the product I had a purchase it at the full price was not satisfied with Giuseppe

This company stopped replying to my messages after a return has been delivered back to them. Absolutely horrible experience, now I am out of 950 dollars and the shoes too. I am about to file a credit card chargeback. I strongly advise to never buy from this company. Order number was 12000097158.

Zanotti. Un style que personnellement j’adore, sneackers toujours soigné, de qualité. Seule petite chose si je peux me permettre le poids de la sneakers.. peut être à retravailler tout en gardant cette épaisseur de semelle.

I ordered the sneakers because Mr. Giuseppe Zanotti gave this sneakers to Hong Kong superstar, Anson Lo as his 31st birthday gift on July 7, 2026. Anson Lo also previously collaborated with Mr. Zanotti! The sneakers were beautiful, amazing and comfortable! Thank you Mr. Zanotti! ❤️

Shoes band wasn’t matching and apparently they gave me a discount code for next order but IT DOSE NOT WORK. Very disappointing

My order was originally supposed to be delivered to a pickup location. I was later instructed to update the delivery address to my home, which I did.
The parcel was never delivered to my address. When I reported this, the company sent me the courier’s “proof of delivery” photo. Ironically, the photo clearly shows a completely different front door, not my one.
Despite their own evidence showing the parcel was delivered to the wrong location, they still claimed the delivery was successful and told me to file a police report, suggesting the parcel had been stolen after delivery. It wasn’t stolen from my address because it was never delivered to my address in the first place.
Instead of taking responsibility for their courier’s mistake, they refused to provide a replacement or refund and tried to shift the burden onto me.
If a company can’t recognise that a photo of the wrong building is not proof of delivery, I have very little confidence in its customer service or after-sales support.
I have now had to dispute the transaction with my bank because I paid for goods that I never received.
I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect a company to stand behind its deliveries and treat customers fairly.

I paid for a white bag and got a nude bag and now I have to figure out how to return it on my birthday!!!!! Terrible
