Order number 205-3133952-5320318. Ordered the Extra Large Cypress Foliage Garland via Amazon on 25/11/23. Tracking stated item delivered 04/12/23 to an address in Middlesbrough, which is over 100 miles from where I live! My address is correct on the order. Very disappointed having waited 9 days for delivery on a £60 item for it to go to someone else. Refund requested.

After reporting missing item and requesting a refund, I was offered an replacement instead. I declined due and requested a refund again which I did receive.

Ordered a few items from them and everything has been great. This time through no fault of their own (it was the courier) I received some candles that were broken I emailed them that evening the following morning I woke up to an email and by mid afternoon they had picked my candles and were on the way to me on an express courier. Bloody brilliant customer service.

Want can I say. First of all delivery time was meant to be 3 to 5 days. Fine thats the delivery companies fault so I waited. Then It arrived today and wow the worst packaging ever. I opened it up to find powder everywhere. And half my items missing and the other half damaged. I will be expecting a full refund and have emailed their customer service will update if this get sorted. They have ruined my wife's gender reveal party.

Ginger ray kindy sent out my delivery for my son’s 1st birthday after I posted the wrong address on the shipping, which went miles away from my original address.
After emailing them, the replied telling me they would send my order again to me, which was very kind of them as I made the mistake! Would definitely use this company again & recommend ♥️

Unlike most companies you can actually speak to someone straightaway on the phone so it’s very easy to get things sorted out. I had ordered some inflated balloons for my daughter’s birthday, one of which arrived deflated, which was disappointing, but they immediately refunded me the order which was really appreciated.

Amazing service. Definitely will return for future purchases.
Top quality and value for money.

My order contained a couple of incorrect items however as soon as I contacted them they agreed to send out the additional items at no extra cost. It's rare to have such personal service these days.

I ordered a few items from Ginger Ray for my daughter's wedding and all items were exactly as described. Just one item was slightly damaged but after contacting Ginger Ray they sent me a replacement straight away.
All in all a hassle free company to deal with

Amazing products. I did have a slight issue with the delivery but this was solved within a day of contacting the customer service team.

Do not bother paying for next day delivery, it’s an absolute guess when it will arrive

I’m annoyed that I have to give one star!
Ordered birthday decorations for my daughters birthday on 11th Feb to be delivered for the 15th Feb (day before her birthday) so the delivered inflated balloons would be fresh… Spoke to Lauren via online chat on 14th feb to ask if my order had been dispatched to arrive 15th.. was told that it would be dispatched that afternoon/evening. Received an invoice on15th Feb (day they were supposed to be delivered) this worried me so obviously I then spoke with Charlotte via online chat was told that there was an issue with DHL ?? Was given a tracking number that didn’t work, was told that the box might not have been scanned but would still be delivered today (15th) waited in all day!!!! Nothing
Spoke with Charlotte again this evening who told me that a lot of orders scheduled for delivery today had gone awol! Find it hard to believe since most of the 1 star reviews on here state that packages arrived late if at all!
I would not waste your time or money with Ginger Ray, complete disappointment. My 2 year old won’t realise but I am furious! Disgusting given that most of the products on here are for celebrations of some sort! If you want a company to ruin your day then Ginger Ray are perfect. Will never purchase from them again and will continue to share my experience via social media.

Something was missing from a box I purchased. Ginger Ray were remarkable. Within two days I had a complete replacement . Incredible customer service and Thankyou .

An item was missing from my order so I contacted customer service who responded so quickly and sorted out the issue straight away.

Really efficient, ordered shipped the same day. Quality of the products is second to none. There was a mix up with delivery (royal mail's fault it turns out) yet customer service at Ginger Ray were also really helpful and pleasant.

I bought the ginger ray luxe pine and Cyprus Garland . Was £59.99 was so disappointed in it nothing like the picture an very thin in places . Sarah

Reindeer Napkins are a con. They are only printed on 1/8 of the surface and on top of that although the photo suggests a full size napkin (dinner napkin) they are about the size of a CD, I would suggest they should be marketed as cocktail napkins.
Misleading, poor quality and will stay clear from Ginger Ray going forward.

Ginger Ray and in particular their customer service are fantastic. We bought a range of xmas decorations and while the designs are quite simplistic, they work well for the elegant understated look (we personally hate OTT xmas decorations!) Thank you for providing a great service!
