I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had to wait 17 days for a 3-item order, and when it finally arrived, one of the items—the dancing cactus—was broken. The packaging was completely inadequate and poorly done. This was supposed to be a very important toy for my one-year-old son, and it is heartbreaking that it arrived damaged. I would not recommend ordering from here due to the careless packaging.

Scammers, won't send goods, won't communicate, CC refund.

Very poor quality products that are clearly not suitable (bordering unsafe) for younger children and toddlers. The products are not from the UK and do not meet UK or EU safety standards. The company using the brand minibrits.uk is just a drop shipper that buys products from Hong Kong, hence the unpublished long delivery times.

Products take absolutely forever to arrive. I ordered 12 days ago, they didnt bother to put it in the post until four days later, and its still not here. Not worth it. Dont buy.

Avoid - Poor misleading products
I ordered an item on 3 June and received it on 15 June damaged and completely unacceptable as a birthday present.
The website implies the products/company is based in the UK and delivery is quick. I don’t think 12 days from the order being placed to received is at all quick.
The marketing of the products imply they are much bigger than what is actually shipped and received.
This website is to be avoided - you will be disappointed ☹️

Purchased "luminous fish" a tiny plastic fish eventually arrived , its a "Pound shop" cheap toy at best....it lasted 10mins and stopped working as the fish was full of water !! Total rubbish ....dont waste your money !!

Disappointing customer service

I ordered 2 identical toys for my two grandchildren from Mini Brits for £28.97, but the wrong item was sent. I was also surprised to discover that the product was shipped from China, which was not made clear when I placed the order.

After contacting customer service, they offered me a 40% refund as compensation for receiving the wrong toy. However, the refund I received was only £10.40. Based on the amount I paid (£28.97), a 40% refund should have been approximately £11.59.

I was already disappointed to receive the wrong item, but it was even more frustrating that the refund offered was not the amount promised. Overall, I feel let down by both the product and the customer service and would not recommend Mini Brits based on my experience.

Please please do not trust this website they are not a genuine business. They have taken my money no item and no refund despite my continuous emails explaining that I had not received or had any tracking info from the beginning!!!!

Item not delivered and identified as lost by shipping company (evri). Mini Brits have been provided with written evidence of this but there is non-existent customer service with no action taken to replace/refund item. My experience, coupled with the others reviews here suggests a very unreliable experience. I will not be using again.

This company leads you to believe it is selling goods from the UK (and therefore meeting local safety standards) but it is in fact shipping substandard goods from outside Europe. My order took weeks to arrive and when it got here was not even the item I had ordered (I had ordered a turtle water play toy, but I received an octopus). The product provided is of poor quality and not worth the price I paid for it.

The water table shown on this companys website is approx FOUR times larger than the item we received.
If this company was located in the UK, i would be straight onto trading standards for misleading advertisement.

The water table is the approx knee level of a 20 month old toddler.

The website leads the buyer to think that the seller is UK based, whereas it is actually based in Hong Kong.

The delivery time wasnt overly long, 6 days from ordering to delivery.

Took weeks to arrive, only update was from courier when it was delivered. Thought this was a company based in uk but obviously product shipped from china. Not the quality product I was expecting either, lesson learned, check Trustpilot before purchasing!!

I ordered a golf toy for my Great Grandson, although it took a little while to come it arrived and was as advertised.
The correspondence with Mini brits was good and the tracking easy.
I would buy from this company again.

I ordered two toys, and they have arrived and are as advertised, so no complaints there. However, as others have indicated, they were clearly shipped from China (not evident on their website) and took over two weeks to arrive, during which time no email updates were provided. On balance, I wouldn't use this company again, as others are much better on the delivery front.

Complete waste of money. The product simply does not work as advertised and the amount of solution supplied is laughably small for what they claim it can achieve. I followed the instructions properly and barely managed to cover anything before running out.

The marketing makes it look far more effective than it actually is. Feels like another cheap dropshipped product being sold at a premium price with unrealistic expectations set by the website photos/videos.

Very disappointed overall and honestly regret purchasing it. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before wasting their money on this.

Just a warning for anyone ordering from this awful company I ordered a baby box for a boys baby shower the name of the box was very confusing the khaki lion box didn’t match up with the picture but it had lion socks shown so I thought that will be ok when it arrived it was mustard coloured and had a dummy strap in with flowers on top it I’d been careful to make sure it had no girly hair band in it I got in touch with the mini brits uk support and was informed that I have to post it back to china at my own cost even though through there misadvertisment I was sent something completely different the box I was sent wasn’t even pictured on the advert they are awful to deal with just be aware that you don’t always get what you order I do order at lot on line and can honestly say I’ve never had such a bad experience as this company they did offer to refund me 30% instead of sending it back but I would still be paying for something that’s no use to me

This company is awful. We ordered a musical cuddly toy crab for our baby and when it arrived the music it played was far from baby friendly! Billy Elish, random house music, pop songs with crude lyrics...! Customer service offered no apologies and just said we had to pay to return it to china for a full refund - ie nothing once the postage is paid.

My experience with Mini Brits has been extremely disappointing.

The delivery was heavily delayed despite the website suggesting a normal shipping timeframe of only a few working days. Communication from customer service was vague and unhelpful, with no clear delivery estimate provided even after repeated emails.

What made the experience even worse is that I tried to post an honest review about the delay and poor customer service on their website three separate times, and each time the review either disappeared or was not published.

Customers deserve transparency, honest communication, and the ability to share genuine feedback without it being removed.
