Amazing deal despite returning them
Had some issues with the Bluetooth with the Beoplay eleven and decided to return them - they were efficient in the delivery and refund. Still an amazing deal despite having returned them.

Poor new customer experience
Clearly doesn’t want business. I enquired about a phone for sale that I wasn’t able to order because it had been left tied to an old ‘eBay Live’ event.
I was completely ignored, despite the fact I could see the listing being updated in the meantime, even with an inexplicable increase in price?
If products aren’t available, say so - don’t hide things behind buggy ‘Live’ listings and confuse people. If you’re saving them for future ‘Lives’, it would help if you actually turned up to those events - I waited for several, and nobody showed.
Thankfully, I found a better deal on a newer phone elsewhere, and will be avoiding this outfit in future. I recommend anyone who wishes not to have their time wasted, does the same.

I didn't get my package in the mail and haven't been issued a refund...its not necessarily your fault within the limitations of your systems. Fiber has been an extreme occurrence of time that I didn't realize until six or seven years ago and gold seems to react with the fiber optics as things of the dynamic principle of sound from underneath light have come into more appreciable environments in the form of the filaments in a bank card.

Appreciated the fast shipping and delivery, but all that is useless when the Macbook you're given has a Caps Lock that is permanently on. No matter what you do. And you have to search up differeny methods just to get it to turn on.
