2025 was my first year.
2025 was the first time using Park.
Signing up took the stress out from having to fund for everything all at once and the ordering process was super easy.
2026 order is already in and on my way to paying it off.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I had an order which I paid into all year, they sent the wrong card out so I couldn’t use it for my Christmas Eve shop for food which I had planned to. So they arranged a refund, I am still waiting for it in the 6th January. There seems no rush to get my money back to he at all, no offer of goodwill for this massive inconvenience and poor service, and I have 2 payments coming out of my bank today which I can’t pay as I have not had my money back yet and will probably get bank charges for bouncing direct debits. Terrible and will not use again.
UPDATE as it won’t let me reply to your comment James, but I still do not have the money, and why you have bothered to reply on here yet no one has bothered to contact me directly, just backs up the poor service.

After checking your account, I can see that we processed a refund on 23/12/2025, which was accepted by our finance team on the same day. Please check the bank account details you provided to our advisor, as the funds should now have been received.
If you have not received the refund, please email getus@getpark.co.uk with the subject line “FAO James”, and I will review the call and refund details for you.
I can also see that £10 was credited to your Park account on 02/01/2025 as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. I am sorry if you hadn't been informed of this.
This amount can be refunded if required; however, you will need to contact us by phone so we can arrange this for you.

Stopped food hampers
Such a shame they stopped doing food hampers, could have done with them the past few years. Saving all year knowing you could put food on the table at Christmas. Was with them for many years, taking over from an agent who I bought through before that. Stopped when they decided not to do food hampers.

I received vouchers which were a total…
I received vouchers which were a total of £200 from Park Hampers in 2025 but when I wanted to pay for my xmas shopping, it was declined. This happened several times and I had to pay this in cash or with my debit card. I contacted Park Hampers and I asked if the vouchers could be replaced with sainsburys gift cards but the were refused. I returned the declined cards back to Park Hampers. Never again

I phoned earlier today about an issue with the code on my Amazon card (I scratched off some of the code) and both members of the team were very polite and efficient and got the issue sorted within a couple of hours. Great service.

I have been with Park Hampers9 for a few…
I have been with Park Hampers for a few years now and each year at Xmas it has been fantastic to receive the vouchers etc which , especially this year , have been extremely helpful with cost at this time of year.
The choices Park have are great and the payment schedule feels very safe and my choice to manage how much each month is paid so helpful with budget.

Useless cards
Thanks to park Christmas savings I will be having a miserable time over the festive holiday. I have been a saver with park for many years with no problems before but this year has been different. On Sunday went to do my Christmas food shopping at Marks and Spencer’s to have my love2shop declined. The lady in m&s did say that those cards are useless at times. Luckily I had cash on me. I am a pensioner and find that saving money each month is the only way I can afford Christmas. I emailed the company when I got home, eventually got a reply this morning (Tuesday) to say that it was probably the magnetic strip on the card and they would send me another card. Not my fault they use inferior cards. So know I have had to cancel Christmas, no presents for my family. To say that I’m angry is an understatement. And the worst thing is that they don’t seem to care, I have had no apology whatsoever.

My mother gave me a book of vouchers to…
My mother gave me a book of vouchers to give her grandchildren and when I looked at them they were all out of date. My mother has mixed dementia and is very upset as when I rang they said that there is nothing they can do even though they have taken £450 from my mother. Dealt with a refund and great customer support
Ii had to return some vouchers my late mother had purchased before she sadly passed away, the park team were extremely supportive and helpful and Erin who helped with my request responded to each email immediately.
My mum has used Park Savings for many years and they have always been extremely helpful even when some cards had expired they replaced them for her.
Park offer a great way of saving for christmas.
