Well I had great reservations on wether I would get any satisfaction from my 3 year warranty on my Hyundai garden sucker blower, I was so wrong, Craig was brilliant he arranged a collection within a week and they fixed it and returned it in 2 weeks.

What went wrong was I have had issues with a antivibrate strimmer and the electric start 139cc more ,I have been on the telephone to get the parts I need replaced but all I got sent was a screw to tighten the bull bar, I sent the pictures of the broke parts and I have had trouble getting them on telephone and emails so I ain't best pleased as I need these parts as the machines don't work without them ,these machines are a year old strimmer broke second time I used it they replaced the parts last year now this year it was both machines if I can't get anywhere soon I will have to buy new machines and they can take these rubbish back and give me my money back anyone buying these machines need to be careful as you will have the same problem as me and everyone else I know see has these same issues so if it is that common of a problem they should be fixing this and not selling crappy machines you are lucky to get a year out of the best of it is they are not heavily used so shouldn't be have these issues

Bought a Hyundai chainsaw from Genpower Ltd via EBay only about 2 months ago and started using it in the garden recently. Cutting with the original fitted chain was fine but as soon as I put on the spare chain the saw was barely cutting.
Phoned their office to complain and was asked to send in a videos of the chainsaw running which I did and then they wanted more photos which I duly obliged..
Nearly 2 weeks gone by …nothing yet !!!!!
Have phoned several times but the same answer that technical dept is studying the problem .

Eventually had this resolved, a pity it could not have been done initially and was only sorted once I had left a negative review

Thanks to Paul at Genpower the return and replacement of my compressor was a pleasant and easy experience.

HYUNDAI handled my fault with lawnmower with a lot of care and urgency all the way through to a resolve. Great team behind the scenes and very fast response.

Extremely disappointed with Hyundai and Genpower customer service.
My Hyundai pressure washer stopped working after only 3 uses. I contacted support, sent them video evidence of the fault, and was advised by their own support team to return the unit under warranty for repair or replacement.
Now they are refusing to return my pressure washer unless I first pay £48 online for collection and return charges. This is despite the machine failing almost immediately and being returned because it was faulty.
It makes no sense that a customer should be forced to pay extra fees when a product fails under warranty after minimal use. I followed their instructions from the beginning, yet instead of honouring the warranty properly, they are holding the unit unless payment is made.
The handling of this case by Craig Wiles was particularly disappointing. I found the communication unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking the level of professionalism and customer care you would expect when dealing with a genuine warranty issue. I strongly suggest that The management team look into this. The level of lack of customer care from him is shocking.
I would strongly warn others to think carefully before buying from Hyundai or Genpower based on my experience with their warranty and after-sales support.
I would like to update my previous review following the excellent customer service I received from Rukshal.

After a very frustrating experience and what I felt was a dismissive handling of my case by Craig Wiles initially, Rukshal took over and completely changed the situation. He carefully reviewed the details, listened to my concerns, communicated professionally throughout, and worked to find a fair resolution.

What impressed me most was his willingness to take ownership of the issue and restore my confidence in the company. His courteous approach, understanding, and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a negative experience into a positive one.

Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how they are addressed. Rukshal demonstrated the level of customer care and professionalism that customers expect and deserve.

I had a faulty Hyundai chainsaw still under warranty. Through Poonam Shanto in customer services the arrangements were made to return it for assessment and within the agreed time frame they reported it needed a replacement clutch.
Unfortunately due to a shortage of parts there was going to be a delay, I relayed my disappointment of this to Poonam and was very impressed when i was made aware that I would get a replacement machine which arrived today.
10/10 service from Hyundai/Genpower.

I must say the experience I have had with Genpower and especially Graig wiles for handling my problem with missing parts from my order was excellent from start to finish 12 out of 10. Sorted it with without the usual stress and drama many thanks.

Where do I start? Brought a petrol pressure washer off genpower through Amazon. On the first use the hose burst. Rang them up and got told it must be user error as we probably dragged it during use, the hose burst close to the machine!! We gave up and purchased our own much better hose. Second use and the engine started making a terrible noise before completing cutting out after about 20 minutes use. We couldn't get it to start so we rang the company. They said we needed to send a video of us trying to start it incase we weren't doing it correctly, although frustrated with the response we did as they asked. We went back and forth several times. They kept reminding us we can send it back to them but if it turns out it's "user error" we have to pay the carriage and pay for the labour. Again frustrated we told them we'd take it to our local garage for inspection. They agreed. The garage took it apart and found a loose bolt that had been left in the engine and hadn't come off anything, so was left there during manufacturing. It had done irrapairable damage to the engine. We then sent it back to Genpower. They said they couldn't look at the machine without the lance which I had left out of the return. Why send a lance when the pressure washer has engine failure? I gave in and sent the lance recorded delivery. They then said they hadn't received it, this went on for weeks back and forth. Luckily I had a photo and signature to prove they had infact received it.They eventually said they had looked at the machine and refused to admit liability saying because we had taken it apart it void the warranty. After many emails and phone calls they gave us a discount on a new engine. This was eventually sent out but without the pressure washer being returned to us. So we still didn't have a working machine. After ALOT more emails followed up with phonecalls explaining that they hadn't returned everything back to us we finally received the pressure washer so we could fit the new engine. Trying to explain stuff to the staff is like headbutting a brick wall. They take nearly a week to reply to emails..when you ring they pass you around. I Will never buy from them again, they are an awful company with terrible customer service.

We had an issue with a mishapen wheel cover for our new lawnmower.

Within 2 emails and 2 days Paul had sorted the replacement and it arrived very quickly.

Excellent service from Craig Wiles, item arrived missing a small part, but Craig registered my warrenty and sent out a new part to save me sending the whole jet washer back, excellent service

Superb customer service that went WELL beyond. If only all others followed Craig @ GenPower's example.

I bought a brush cutter from Amazon but there was a part missing. Rather than send it back I contacted Genpower customer services and spoke to Paul.
Within 2 days I have received the missing part with no fuss. It was an easy process to complete.

My wife took delivery of an hysc210 scarifier. When I came to complete assembly that evening I found a large straight dent in the petrol cap, extending to a small depression in the tank edge. The cap was probably still sealing, but very ugly, the tank dent much harder to notice.
I reported this, suggesting the cap needed replacing, I got a ticket number shortly after. 2 days later a new cap with tank attached arrived, WOW, thank you Hyundai, great customer service, so fast I didn't miss out on using it. Now fitted it looks great.

it's nice to not have to escalate issues or navigate terrible automated telephone answering machines, when my Honda mower needs replacing I know where to look.

Have been waiting since November 2025 for parts for my Hyundai Generator.
Can't count how many times I've emailed and phoned, each time told it was either on a ship or aeroplane, or they were checking if it had arrived.
Durring a recent communication, I suggested they simply provide me with a free of charge replacement Generator.
Declined by them as I didn't buy from them??.
They are Hyundai!!
IT'S A HYUNDAI GENERATOR!!
Simply, don't purchase Hyundai generator as spares take over six months if you ever get them!!
Still waiting for next excuse!!

Souresha was very helpful in getting my replacement strimmer to be delivered promptly……
Have not had a chance to put the item together yet, hopefully it will go together correctly this time and be off great help with my garden.

Very helpful advice from Soureshna. Explained that the latest version of the Hyundai chainsaw I purchased does not have a decompression valve unlike the version in the helpful you tube video from a chap called Andrew (dates from 2013). Also helpful in explaining about how the 3 year warranty worked and advice followed up with a helpful email summarising our discussion. Very good.

I had an issue with a spool head and contacted the supplier via B&Q. Jade, who dealt with my claim, was absolutely exceptional.
