Dishonest scam company that ties up with equally unethical advertising partners for their offers. Birds of a feather flock together. In this case, all of them deserve to be jailbirds. Like many other reviewers here, I have spent a lot of time doing offers on their offer wall via some mobile games that I play frequently. Some of these offers take weeks to complete, and then I find that reward coins are not provided. Contact them and you get an automated response asking for proof. Provide proof and they will claim that the offer has an open window so wait patiently. Wait for more than 5 days and you get an automated email saying that since they haven't heard from you in some time the request is auto-solved. WHAT??? Good luck finding signs of life after that. If for some reason they reply after that it will be to tell you that the advertising partner could not verify your eligibility. As someone else has mentioned, the biggest scam is when they lie to you to avoid giving reward coins for multi-reward offers that require you to cross for example Level 5 and Level 10 of a game, and you get automatic credit for Level 10 but not for Level 5. Clear evidence of the high mathematical standards in this scam company.

Worst app ever the support is made out of a bot.

Some of their offers will credit you when you complete them but I still can only give 1 star because it happens a lot where they don't credit you despite completing them. The support system is also just a bot by the looks of it. Every time you report an offer, you get an automated reply asking for screenshots as proof of completion but they never get back to you after that. Would definitely avoid because it's a coin flip whether they will credit the completed offer, and if they don't it's game over really, support will never help you.

If only I had research on the net before I completed any tasks! I did two simple tasks that supposed to give me credit instantly so I can check legitimacy. One task was just download fishdom game and open application, the other one is a 1 minute quiz which turns out to spam your email like crazy. No credit received after I reported it and they don't acknowledge the proof of screenshots I sent. Like how can you so blindly deny it if simple tasks aren't showing as completion? Their system is screwed up and wasting time+ scamming people's data! If only there's a way to shut this sh!ty company down!

Absolutely horrible, the "customer service" is a bot, everytime you report something its first a guy responding and then a girl... everytime.. the same "people". Also, they don't care about giving rewards at all, just the sweet sweet money they get from your data..

Finished an offer on fourth day, got rejected. Not even an explanation why. Bunch of scammers.

Total scam artists. Played a game that they offered to pay tokens out in for reaching a certain level. Reached the level didn't recievce my tokens. Emailed them. Received response saying "we'll deal with it" then received further response saying "as we haven't heard from you in a while this matter is now closed" it's not closed because I've reported you to game develpor. Also why was my tokens contingent on a response to your first email? Did you want me to beg for the tokens? Your email didn't mention you needed a response to you saying "we'll deal with it"

Hahahhaa the 1.1 level says it all, what an absolutely useless company

I completed an offer to receive credits for a game. I was supposed to reach level 600 and I completed level 601 1 day before the deadline. I then reported to Fyber that I completed the offer. Fyber then got back to me saying that my offer was rejected on the basis that the offer expired. I shown proof that I reached level 601 and had one day left with screenshots. I have lost all faith in this company for honoring any rewards. I would recommend you to be very vigilant in dealing with such disregard of player time, effort, and honor.

In Berührung mit Fyber kamich im Rahmen der Verdienstmöglichkeiten für GC Cases (Counterstrike Skins). Trotz erfüllter Aufgaben z.B. Eröffnung eines Konto bei "Crypto.com" oder dem Spielen mehrerer Spiele über die Plattform "Giftplay" wurden mir keinerlei Punkte gutgeschrieben. Also dem "Support" geschrieben und erstmal 5 automatisierte Mails erhalten jeweils in anderer Sprache. Nachdem ich auf das Ticket geantwortet habe (auch merkwürdig, dass man ein Ticket mit seinem Problem eröffnet um eine E-Mail zu erhalten damit man auf diese antwortet um sein Problem erneut zu beschreiben), bekam ich als Rückmeldung das der jeweilige "Partner" die Leistung nicht erbringen könnte, da keine Beweise vorliegen würden. Mir wurde genannt welche Beweise ich vorliegen solle (Screenshots, E-Mails etc.). Diese habe ich im vollen Umfang an den "Support" (ich hoffe die "" fallen hier jeweils auf) weitergeleitet. Zurück kam erneut eine minimal abgewandelte Form, dass die Beweise nach wie vor fehlen. Es geht hier zwar wirklich um Kleckerbeträge, und ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, allerdings macht mich ein so offensichtlicher Betrug fuchsteufelswild. Ich kann nur jedem raten einen großen Bogen um Fyber zu machen.

I complied fully with terms to earn game tokens for Top Eleven by downloading an app, putting funds into the betting app, and placing a bet. I done this within 5 minutes of downloading the app. The tokens didnt arrive, so i complained to Fyber, who asked for screenshots, which i supplied, including a bank statement showing the deposit, the bet placed, and lost. They replied a week later saying it was voided as i hadnt completed the offer in time. I had 3 days to complete it, which i did in 5 minutes. Lame excuse so they dont have to pay out. 3 weeks of further emails to them, and they have not replied. Really poor, and i wont be using fyber for offers again. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Awful company. I've reported an offer that didn't credit me and Fyber Support told me that they would investigate. Weeks past, and I've still haven't received any updates so I sent a follow up email. A few days past, and next thing you know, they decided to tell me they couldn't credit me because the offer was now past the expiration date. Although I reported the offer weeks ago before the offer expire date and provided proof, support decided to wait until the expiration date past just to inform me that they wouldn't credit me for that excuse. Awful Company, don't bother doing anything with them. Apparently, they enjoy telling you they're going to help you, only to just to respond after the expiration date just to tell you, they won't credit you.

I have been doing missions on Fyber for some time and I always have the same problem I never receive the rewards and the customer service is lousy, when I have reported the offer I only receive an automatic reply from a bot, after sending the proofs where I show that I have completed the mission correctly they just stop responding, I try to contact them again and never receive a reply, in the end they just send an empty mail saying that the case was solved automatically. A total lack of respect to the consumer

Hice una misión de en fyber para recibir coins en la plataforma de Lezhin comics us, completé la misión de conseguir 17 pins en pin pulls y no recibí mi recompensa. La misión solo consistía en instalar la app y desbloquear 17 pins pero no me contó nada, es la primera vez que instalé la app, incluso reporte el caso pero no obtuve una respuesta en absoluto, de eso ya pasaron varios días. No es la primera vez que me pasa esto al momento de realizar misiones, hay algunas con las que he recibido recompensas pero la mayoria no, por favor arreglen su sistema.

Terrible company, they scammed me on multiple occasions and when I reported various offers that gave no reward they didn’t respond and came back with this auto solved bs and they are just scammers that collect your info and give no rewards, I advise you do not trust or work with them, they waste your time and give you nothing, please don’t fall into their traps.

Hice la misión de Game Point Bingo hace más de un mes y no me llegó la recompensa, envié mails con pruebas a Fyber y nunca me respondieron. Siempre responden bots y no te resuelven nada.
